This is wonderful very big 5***** hotel with a lot of facilities and good stuff. It's situated directly on the long private beach with few outdoor pools and big indoor pool and SPA facilities.
Breakfast is very rich and of good quality. Cleanliness is spotless and stuff is very kind.

Couldn't have asked for anything better than this. Everything was perfect.
There was some minor problem with the bathroom door, so they upgraded us to the suite with complementary chocolates and wine. They seriously know how to treat their customer. Very professional and considerate. Thanks and will visit soon

This is a nice hotel at the end of the bus line that takes you right into Dubrovnik. The facility is bright, airy and clean. The views of the sea are terrific. I stayed in two different rooms. The smaller, less expensive room was pretty tight. Upgrading to a little more space was better. My only gripe is the dinner buffet was so-so. Too much overcooked food.

The view from room is superb, the housekeeping staffs are the best.
However, the breakfast can be a bit monotonous and it's not ok to offer unripe bananas to the hotel guests.
I personally want to point out one old male waiter who is in charge of the back section. He needs to work on his English and his working attitude. When there is a guest having some problems with the food, it's not okay to say "do you want it or not? if you don't like it there is nothing we can do about it, that's what we have". As a five star hotel, every single detail matters, unripe banana is not just tasteless, it can cause serious constipation to the guest, too. If this waiter has problems to understand it, he should find someone who will.
Also, I have tried the Lean and Light restaurant at the hotel, the bad rating from google review seems to be true. It has so many things which can be improved. The waiting time is also the problem.
I also suggest the restaurant staff needs to lean to control their
volume while chatting. It can be really noisy sometimes.
The water temperature and WiFi connection at room 502 are not stable.
