Cozy Rooms At Old City Gate

At first we booked one small room for three people, because we desperately needed a place to stay for at least one night. It was amazing that we had this opportunity in spite of how late at night it was. Then the next day we asked our host Peter, who was always available through the phone, to move us to a bigger room with kitchen so we could stay for another seven days and he was kind enough to help us with that. A new room was big, comfortable and had a small kitchen that had almost everything we needed for cooking (a fridge, a microwave, a toaster and so on). The air conditioner inside saved us greatly from the hot summer. The best thing about this room is a location. It’s really close to old city (two minutes away) so we could enjoy our walks here any time :). Overall, a great experience!

Lovely clean spacious room. Staff were extremely helpful and greeted us at the accommodation. The owner provided us we useful information about the area Fantastic location - short walk to the Old town walls, close to restaurants and cafes.

Location was good, close to the city gates and the water. The host accommodated for a late check in and taxi from the airport.

Not exactly as advertised and too expensive for what we got. The room was small, very basic (not superior as labeled), not super clean, and the window did not close properly. Very noisy in the morning. Communication was sometimes difficult with the host. Did the job for one night as a last minute booking (flight rescheduled) but we would not stay there again. Our next accommodation was much better and inside the city gate for 30-40€ extra per night.
