It’s a nice hotel but missing some basic things

The bed and pillows were comfy and the room and bathroom were clean

The kitchen doesn’t work at night.. So you have a problem if you are hungry after 10 pm. And also they sometimes miss cleaning the room. Even after you ask them, it takes a lot of time for them to do it so it creates some uncomfortable situations

Caipirihnas on the sea!

Amazing location directly to the sea, we were given a room on a high floor as requested, very clean, comfortable,soft mattress, balcony with fantastic side sea view! Staff was polite and made up there way to serve us! Many of beach bars are open 24/7 where you can enjoy beach facilities, with tasty food and Caipirihnas,beers,etc. Also,many restaurants nearby to choose from.

Far away from Copacabana, Ipanema, Leblon, but we know it before and we were OK with that!

Good

We have booked triple luxury room with sea view. We had a balcony with a table and 2 chairs. Room was clean, beds were confortable and the bathroom was spacious enough with a good shower. The breakfast buffet was of quality with enough choice (incl sparkling wine). Real family hotel.

The wellness facilities were not fully operational.

The shower was very strong.

Very, very noisy at night because of the road. Rooms doesn't have accustics windows. The check in was at 3pm stare at 2pm. The bathroom was not clean enoiugh. The hair dryer good only for decoration. Not enough umbrela at the pool. Terrible! The pool was not clean properly.

Not bad, not great

We had an ocean facing room which had a balcony. Because of the main road between the hotel and beach it could be a little noisy but was still nice to be able to sit on when we wanted. The breakfast and restaurant were good, decent gym and ok pool. Bed was clean and comfortable. The beach is very nice and the hotel has chairs and towels which you can borrow and bring across to the beach.

There were bugs in our room. They gave us a different room which was better but still had some. It wasn’t the cleanest room - not terrible, but not great and the bathroom had definitely seen better days (although good shower pressure as a plus). The staff was average (pleasant enough but we stayed other places that were far more friendly and kind) and the location is really only good for exploring the beach and immediately surrounding areas (whereas Ipanema or Copacabana are better jumping off points for some of the key sites).

Nice hotel with a good services and staff, price fair for doing beach time.

The view of the beach and the abundant breakfast were all pretty fine and fair for the price.. The staff are all kind and well, and make us feel well attended. The location is ok if you rent a car. Otherwise little short neighborhood for walking around to find some places to have dinner or entertainment. The shopping is at 18' by renter o driving. Beach is nice.. at the cross of the avenue.

The cost of parking in the Hotel is kind of expensive. The method with a white card, for requesting beach towels was time spend and bureaucratic I am sure that could be improved.

Amazing experience

It was an amazing experience. Great staff. I will tell you this detail: we went to see IRON MAIDEN. The morning we woke up, IRON MAIDEN's music was on the speakers. In the halls, at breakfast. It was an incredible experience for me and my friends. We are coming back, for sure. The rooms have an amazing view to the ocean. Beds are really confy and the shower is top.
