Would have scored solid 8 if it were half the price, absolutely over priced.

Location was spot on.

I had no hot water first few days. Found staff didn't follow through with requests and had to be chased. Lift very dark and claustrophobic.

The hotel design is beautiful, it also has a fantastic location with beach service included (super Comfortable). We also booked a personal trainer session which was great and tailored to our need :). The pool and the terrace on the rooftop was just the cherry on (a already delicious) cake!!

A good part of town. Friendly staff.

The position was great away from the very busy end of town. It was still noisy at night with the windows open. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our partial ocean view was minimal.

The restaurant was a bit cold and sterile. Room service food was average.

This is the place in Leblon

Room was spectacular. The staff were really helpful - couldn't do enough to assist. We made the most of the rooftop bar, having a very good dinner up there as well as the drinks. The views and ambiance were brilliant. The hotel also arranged for a very reasonably priced transfer back to the airport.

buffet at breakfast. Pan de qejou to ride the bikes along the beach the service at the beach (chairs, towerls) and the kindness of the beachboy i loved the roof top and the bar. Staff very friendly

The service and location next to the beach was great and the staff was very kind

It wasn't included on the room rate, but it was worth it! A buffet with a lot of variety and helpful staff. The food was great, I would definitely recommend it if you're staying there.

this is a 2-3 star hotel not more. very old building no real pool and very small. no restaurant choice. worst facilities I saw in a “5 star hotel “. Tv and phone were not working had to bring help.

Best Hotel in Rio!

Hotel is beautiful! Staff is exceptional! The facilities are great and everything looked brand new. Details that made the difference such as welcoming drinks, small gifts and a fruit plate with a card. Decor is also nice and modern. We booked the regular room and still had a great side view of the ocean. The pool and bar on the top floor are amazing!
