Location great for access to both Ipanema and Cococabana beach. Breakfast had great variety. Room large and blackout blinds a bonus to aid a good nights sleep.
Rooftop bar very quiet ( 2 people there). Was hoping might be more active to hang out. Perhaps the time of the year!

1. Location is perfect - just a short walk from Ipanema beach. 2. The staff is friendly and helpful. 3. Breakfast had many different options, including exotic fruits.
1. We were given a room for disabled people on the first floor, even though we didn’t ask for it. There are probably people who would need this room more. 2. The pool and bar area needs a bit of renovation and the glass needs to be washed. It looked kinda dirty and unpleasant. 3. The toilet gets clogged very easy and very often.

The location is definitely a strong point — just a 2-minute walk from Ipanema, which is very convenient. We also really enjoyed the view from the rooftop.
Overall, the hotel didn’t feel worth the price. The room was very basic and lacked charm, the breakfast was quite disappointing, and the pool is very small compared to what you might expect from the photos. We stayed 1 night, that was enough.
