We stayed at this hotel on Easter weekend. It was crazy crowded. Go to breakfast early or be mobbed. This is a well run hotel. The beds were great. The room furniture was tired and needed a refurb. The staff is excellent . Things get done if you ask, and there is follow up to make sure they were done. Staff well-trained and very helpful. Location is wonderful. Beach is great and literally next to the hotel. Breakfast is excellent and worth the price.

Great location, right on Copacabana Beach. The rooftop terrace with the bar is beautiful and offers a great view of the beach and the city.
The staff are very friendly and courteous. We requested a room change at short notice and this was arranged without any problems. Thank you very much!
The hotel is very old, which you can't really see in the pictures. The rooms are old and, in general, the hotel could use some renovation. Unfortunately, the price/performance ratio is not right here. The elevators are very loud and can be heard from almost every room.
