Great location in Copacabana. Very friendly staff. We arrived at the hotel too early to check in, but they allowed us to store our luggage in a secure room, so we could explore the area without it. Breakfast also includes regional dishes.
Unfortunately, there were only enough towels for two people instead of three, and it took several days for the third towel to arrive. The sauna on the rooftop terrace was uninviting and didn't work. The rooftop pool was very dirty when we arrived, but it was cleaned at one point. The cascade in the whirlpool didn't work. Not all the staff speak English.

Expensive and boring amenities. Pathetic gym and tiny pool.

The room was nice and quiet, cleaned every day. The breakfast was enjoyable and overall a good place to stay at. The location was amazing, only a few minute walk away from the ocean.
The bathroom could’ve been a bit cleaner, it seemed a bit moldy.

El hotel está en una muy buena ubicación.
Por el precio se consiguen mejores opciones en la zona. El baño de nuestra habitación, por ejemplo, tenía algunas perforaciones en la pared con óxido al rededor. Es un hotel antiguo con valores de hotel contemporáneo.
