I would stay there again, i loved it 😄

Lovely staff and the room was clean.

The headboard in my room is tearing as a result would wake up with my head with black stuff from the tearing and also it would be amazing if the rooms would have usb charging portals for international travelers, i had to rely to charging using the TV usb portal.

Comfort, service, style, location in perfect harmony !

The room was spacious and on roadside on 14th floor, so the view was amazing from there. We could'nt use the pool on the terrace as we stayed away from the property most of the time. Nights were comfortable. It was memorable stay with my friend as we met after 8 years and explored new city in Brazil. Overall experience was great.

Instructions about breakfast service timings should have informed during the time we extended our stay with the hotel as the weekend timings are different than the weekdays breakfast timings.

A quiet night after an international fight and before a long bus trip.

The staff was excellent, as was the breakfast; the room was good enough for one night between an international flight and a bus trip.

The hotel could be cleaner, but maybe it is just a personal impression. The bed was too soft for my taste.

Very modern room, clean bathroom, very central location.

No free bottled water, security guard a bit cold, saw me arriving at 2am as a solo female with many luggage but didn’t really help.

Don’t agree with the extra charge for visits. My colleague came to stay just for a few hrs with me and I had to pay 80 reais for that? Don’t understand why if no one used anything from the hotel and neither stayed overnight. I find it absurd as I’m paying for a room for 2 people and I’m the only guest staying in the room overnight. Plus we consumed together stuff from the frigobar, it’s always a win for the hotel. No need for 80 reais to be charged. What does it gong to change ? Really, found it really uncomfortable, not the price, but the charge…why?

Could be better with maintenance

The person who checked us in was really nice and so was the person who I got an adapter from in the middle of the night.

Bathrooms were clean but there were issues with the various corners of the bathroom and the room that seemed to coming apart. Did not expect this from a well rated hotel on Booking.com. Maybe it was the room we got, anyway we were too tired to discuss this with them. The rest of the staff is questionable especially after you land after an 11 hour flight and have breakfast the next day.

Very nice stay, helpful and friendly staff.

Room was very nice, comfortable and clean, the maids cleaned the room everyday and were very helpful. Staff were fantastic and very hospitable. Rooftop pool is very nice and Andre constantly was cleaning and keeping up maintenance in every area. All staff very friendly and nice and eager to sort anything out for you. Got a late checkout for a great rate which was very appreciated.

Wifi wasn’t great but staff did everything to resolve this. Great stay for a couple of nights, area not the best but Uber is easily ordered and cheap to anywhere you need to go so no problems with this.

Bed bugs hotel

Unclean sheets in the bed. Bed bugs and blood on sheets. When requested a refund or part exchange only offered an apology. I would on having read my review like to be given a refund on my stay.

Very poor

It is a wonderful location and a polite team, but I’m disappointed. It was missing floor towels, the bath was dirty, the faucet water was dirty, and the breakfast was terrible.

The front desk staff tries their best to be friendly but this has nothing to do with being efficient.

The hotel seems to be abandoned throughout the years. I asked for an early check but it couldn't be given for free, however, when I arrived at the room after 3pm (check in time at 2pm) someone from Housekeeping was still preparing it (not wearing shoes) and I had to wait. Room was dirty with floor, furniture and bed sheet full of dust, looked like it was closed for months without a proper cleaning. Total lack of supervision. Even after reporting it, the room was not cleaned properly. Mattresses are old and not comfortable. Towels smell bad of the washing products. In another room my sister asked for someone to check the phone that was not working and a tv remote control, but both requests were not attended. A room service was ordered and beyond the long delivery time, the order was taken wrong. Location is quite desert and it's a challenge to get a taxi or Uber in the area.

Very good

Loved how the staff tried to solve any of the problems we might face. They tried to always pleased me and make my life easier. I needed to checkout earlier and they made it possible, even refunding for the rest of the stay that I had already paid.

Mainly three things: 1. Location - didn't feel safe to go run around the building 2. Gym - certain equipment wasn't working although it looked easy to repair 3. Deliveries couldn't be delivered in the room or received by anyone from staff in the reception. I had to go to the reception to receive from the delivery person at the exact time anything arrived. Since I had to eat everyday food from delivery, it was a pain to always have to go down exactly at the time the delivery got to the hotel.

Very good, well priced hotel with excellent staff

Staff were very friendly especially Fernando and Stephanie and Gabriel. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. We actually decided to extend our stay by 1 night because of the price and pleasant staff. Rooftop views were spectacular as was the pool

The location was suitable initially as we arrived fro Sao Paulo via bus. The bus station is minutes away. The area is dodgy at night. No shops or nightlife unless you travel out. However trams and busses aplenty during the day.

Great hotel, but bad location

Great breakfast and great rooms with a nice view. The gym is also very nice

We only stayed one night because its pretty far away from Copacapana and the beach. Also our Uber driver told us that this part of the city is not the safest for tourist.
