Amazing location overlooking Copacabana. Very helpful staff. Clean, modern, great facilities. Especially loved the rooftop pool and pool bar/restaurant.

Great location, nicely decorated and friendly staff. Gym is really well equipped. Very good breakfast, huge variety.
At times in the bathroom smells like canalization, there are not enough hangers in the bathroom or closet. There are no slippers or some tray to put your soap on.

Check in took forever (about an hour to complete all paperwork)
We were a family of 5, booked 2 rooms in same reservation via Booking, and they gave us rooms on different floors in différent buildings. No efforts were made despite my demands to remedy.
Breakfast is good but completely overpriced especially as kids pay same as adults.
I would NOT come back despite my loyalty to the brand in France.
