We hired a deluxe room and found upon check in that there was a really bad sewerage smell in the bathroom. There was no soundproofing between rooms so we could hear neighbor talking and laughing at 11pm. The staff don't really seem to care about you. It was a really unwelcoming experience.

Generally a very good hotel and at the quieter end on Cocabana beach. The rooms are dated but very comfortable with excellent bed and shower. The breakfast is very good with good selection of items to suit all tastes.

Overall the facility is great, clean, good amenities, but service needs improvement, starting with management that speaks to people in condescending manners, which in my opinion is a quick win if the executive team takes time to train their staff.
