7.6 / 10Good·Oct 2026
Friendly staff, the rooms are dated and definitely need some renovation work. Beds are pretty comfortable but could be better. A/C ok but could not control the fan or the blades because they were broken. It didn’t help that 7:01am every day of my stay the jack hammers started and constant hammering for hours until one decides to just wake up. Breakfast was pretty good.
The WiFi was absolutely terrible and hardly ever worked in the room, had to go downstairs reception to work and ask the staff if I could use their admin WiFi which worked pretty well.
Anyway many improvements to be made but overall a pleasant stay.

I did a mistake about the dates to stay in Rio de Janeiro.
Instead of 29/04/26 to 07/05/26, I booked from 29/05/26 to 07/06/26.
According to your policy I couldn’t change the dates neither ask for reimbursement.
I WILL NEVER USE AGODA EVER AGAIN !!!!
and of course, all my friends will never use your service .

Mattresses are terrible. You cannot move without disturbing your partner

No maintenance in the rooms. Bad bed and sheets.
