Trendy neighborhood + some not so enjoyable moments

Staff members were kind and well trained, and tried to make up to the issues I have faced. The room has a good size and a good desk for the ones that need to get work done. Botafogo is becoming one of the most trendy neighborhoods in Rio.

An accidental fire alarm at 6:50AM on a Saturday, with everyone running in the corridors. The battery of my room's door stopped working and I had to wait 40 minutes for it to be restored and be able to get into the room. The sink was clogged.

A pleasant stay in a convenient location.

the hotel is in a convenient location, not far from the airport and downtown, close to restaurants and bars. Room was very clean and our room was quiet at night. The staff was very helpful and kind. Breakfast was really good.

The building was not new, the carpets, walls, and furniture looked a bit grimy and worn, but in general was acceptable.

rooms are clean and neat , and service is good. , at front desk , if you requested and extra pillow within five minutes staff is at your door . check in was fast

breakfast , not ready , no hot water for tea , scrambled eggs was empty cakes weren’t good I have stayed here over and over and this time this is one of my favorite hotels and I have many business associates stay here to meet us to do business but breakfast wasn’t worth the money that I spent with my colleague this time very disappointed
