needs maintenance, far from the beach. I purchased 3 day trips however the last trip included a beer factory tour which they didn't tell me I could skip and not pay for it. I don't drink so I wasn't totally up to going in and when I was on the bus the tour guide said that the beer factory is only for people that prepaid. I told the guide that I don't want to go even though I paid and expected a refund. The tour was a full day so I got back at the hotel late at night and was leaving early in the morning to catch a flight. I had to be on a taxi no later than 7.15 am. I was at the reception at 6.30 am and told the receptionist about the tour and that I need to get a refund. He refused to give me the money because he wanted to confirm with the tour guide at 8 am. I told him that the tour pick up time the previous day was at 7 am so he could have called him but he refused. Then I emailed the hotel about a refund but never heard back from them. It wasn't a lot of money but still I didn't like the fact that they don't provide full and transparent information.

It was definitely not worth it! The ceiling was leaking, the shower was terrible, and it changed from hot to cold constantly. The AC didn’t work properly, outside was cooler than the inside. The room was so hot that I had to keep the window open, and with that, there were lots of flies in the room. I requested to change the room, but instead, they sent someone over to check the problems. Problems never got solved and they didn’t move me to a new room. I would not recommend it!
