The property is clean. And tidy, good facilities. But the best thing is by far the owner and staff. They will go out of their way to help you with anything, I cannot reccomend this place more. Everyone is so lovely.
The WiFi can be slightly slow sometimes - but not a deal breaker.

The location was great and the staff/owner was super friendly and nice.
The temperature was unbearable for me. Even with two fans, it felt like hot air blowing around. To be comfortable in Rio, you really need AC or a lot of fans and to be out of the sun. Our room got sun and even at night it was warm. There were also only two bathrooms to share with a lot of people so they were often occupied. And the bathrooms and rooms could have been cleaned better/more often.
