Ok place for the money but a bit shabby

The bed was comfortable and we requested more pillows and got them. The WIFI in our room was good because we basically had our own router. Breakfast was decent, lots of shell in the eggs which put me off a bit but not the worst. Had laundry done at a decent price. Good location, AC was really good.

Arrived early hours having paid for that night and the guy on reception was just shrugging his shoulders, it was after midnight and we'd messaged to explain our flight got in late and they said it was ok, but it seems they hadn't told him and he didn't speak English. So initially we thought we'd have to sit in the foyer all night, then he moved us to another property down the road in a proper weird room and building, only to come back once the owner had got our message to move us into the room. At this point it was getting on for 2:30am! The whole place felt a bit shabby around the edges too, door handle fell off bathroom door, couldn't see through window for example.

Great Place to stay!

It looked like a new construction, so the room was excellent. Very clean bathroom and close to the beach and the main areas to walk around. Excellent staff.

The room was congested for 3 people and the bathroom was tiny. Breakfast could be a little better, but not a big issue. There is no elevator, so had to carry our luggage up one level.

Ok if you are desperate for a place to stay during Carnaval

Good location with lots of shops around it. Lovely staff and receptionists. Especially Carol who spoke very good English and was always very friendly. You can buy water, beer and other drinks at reception.

The room was nicely designed, but it only had a window onto the corridor and apart from the air conditioning there wasn't any ventilation so the room smelled of humidity. I think it should be made clear that the room doesn't have a window onto the outside as this is what it looks like on photos. The breakfast was ok, with mainly pastries and fruit, but the scrambled eggs looked and tasted disgusting. I only booked it because that was one of the only rooms still available during carnaval, but deffo would not pay the same high price again or go back to this hotel.

The rooms have no ventilation, it smells bad all day, the toilet seat is really close to the wall making it difficult to sit down to do your needs.

entrance is narrow and steep, rooms small and very noisy. I could not sleep the first two nights with noise of all AC units that were mounted in room walls. Like sleeping close to a truck engine.

the staff is really nice and help us to secure our lugages for all day and for free. Rooms are nice and breakfast is well too !

We booked two rooms for 3 but when we arrived, one of our room were already for 4, so I think we could have book just one…
