Magical introduction to Brasil, Brazilian hospitality and Rio of course

Everything - the layout, design and mosaic decor is incredible, super atmospheric and just really cool. Every contribution has a meaningful story attached to it which Malu will kindly share Malu, the owner is such a wonderful woman and host - super welcoming, caring, attentive, she gave me lots of spot on advice about the area, enabling me to get a phone charger and a working SIM card, she also booked me a lift to the airport Breakfast was fantastic, plentiful, varied and delicious and the view and the setting just top it all off - such a great start to the mornings The en suite room was great, fully mosaic tiled bathroom, super clean and comfortable The surrounding neighbourhood is home to a very warm and welcoming community of people who really touched me with their openness and generosity of spirit (a world away from where I live in London) someone bought me water at 2am when I had no cash and the shop wouldn’t take card, people always ready to give directions and advice. I felt oddly at home there, super safe too walking around at all hours, quite a contrast to the rest of Rio that I saw

There was nothing I didn’t like. If I were to make a suggestion it would be to perhaps put up a shelf in the room and maybe a foot stool

Il posto è un po' scomodo da raggiungere essendo in cima alla collina della comunità di Tabares bastos, me c'è il trasporto locale pensato appositamente per chi vuole salire. La vista, l'atmosfera e la sicurezza del luogo ricompensano questo inconveniente

Gostei Da arquitetura,da vista e da arte, mas na Minha opiniāo o local esta mål conservado,e tem muita poeira, precisava limpar mais, eles tambem tem um cāo de estimaçāo que fica passeando Pelos comodos,soltando pelo nås mesas e ontem tinha cocô proximo do meu quarto.

Não tem nada a reclamar, a única dificuldade é subir a ladeira. Mas depois que sobe, percebe-se que valeu super a pena. (tem combi e mototáxi, super acessível)

The Amazing Maze

O hostel está inserido no seio de uma comunidade hospitaleira e acolhedora, e os proprietários são extremamente gentis, atenciosos e solícitos com todas as necessidades do hóspede. O prédio foi concebido como uma obra de arte ao ar livre, coberto de lindos mosaicos, com arquitetura deslumbrante e única. Conta com a melhor vista da cidade, com um mirante contemplando toda a baía de Guanabara. Estalações confortáveis, com fornecimento de todos os itens de higiene. Além disso, oferece café da manhã completo e muito delicioso, com opções para todos os gostos e paladares. Não vejo a hora de me hospedar novamente lá.

Lieu éclectique et très agréable avec des hôtes adorables.

Le lieu, le point de vue, les artistes en perpétuelle évolution, les chats, l'accueil et la gentillesse des hôtes ainsi que le café da manhã, un des meilleurs que nous ayons eu si ce n'est le meilleur de notre voyage d'un mois au Brésil.

Le fait d'en partir, peut être la côte pour y monter, mais heureusement qu'il y a la navette exprès, sinon les uber refusent d'y monter.

Mon meilleur hôtel à Rio

Notre hote était très accueillante, le petit déjeuner était exceptionnel. Le quartier est très sécurisé, un bataillon de Police s’entraîne dans le quartier et donc il n’y a aucune insécurité La vue est magnifique, c’est exactement comme sur les photos Je ne peux que recommander cet emplacement, attention quand même si vous avez des difficultés pour marcher car il y a quelques marches et le logement se situe après une petite côte (il y a des bus et des motos pour monter mais pas la nuit)

Buen lugar si lo que buscas es vivir "la experiencia carioca"

Malu y Lucy fueron muy amables, el desayuno que brindan es bastante variado (frutas, distintos panes, distintos jamones, quesos, café, etc), la habitación que alquilé tenía vista al Pão de Açucar y la limpiaban todos los días. Si bien se ubica en una favela, es una comunidad bien acogedora y la gente es amable. Además, bajando tienes fácil acceso a la línea de Metro para poder ir a las principales playas (Copa, Ipanema)

Llegar a la ubicación es engorroso, tienes que subir con un micro que pasa hasta las 11pm, muchos taxis no quieren subir, el Uber que tomé desde el aeropuerto quería 20 reales (4 usd) extra a lo que ya había pagado (80 reales) (16 usd) para subir. Usualmente hay bastante gente tomando en la calle que si bien no son agresivos ni irrespetuosos no es algo que suelo observar en otros lados. Otro punto es que las habitaciones no tienen AC, solo un ventilador que para el calor de Río no es suficiente.

Super j ai découvert un endroit formidable en vivant une expérience unique. Le déjeuner était servi de 7 h à 111h très bonne nourriture. Je recommande à tous de découvrir ce lieu magique ou une âme avec les mosaïques faites par les gens reçus dans ce Labyrinthe est présente. Tous reviennent d à travers le monde. Je recommande à tous d y aller vivre cette expérience. Vue sur le port magnifique

Interesante.

La atención de la anfitriona es buena, muy servicial y presta ayudar en lo que necesitáramos, el desayuno también estuvo bien, habían opciones y siempre estuvo rico, es un lugar muy bonito, con mucha historia muy interesante, es en una comunidad pero pareció siempre seguro.

Las sábanas del cuarto estaban algo sucias, no había un mesita de noche o algo, siento que le falto más amor a la habitación.
