Very comfortable place, good view from room, I like the tree 🌴
Everything fresh and clean, very friendly owner, I felt good here and extended more.
It's complicated to order Uber here sometimes, because it's not very far from favelas. But at day time mostly it's ok.

no quarto pitanga precisa ter uma acústica melhor por conta da água quente que é acionada a qualquer momento por outro hóspede que tome banho em outro quarto, só um detalhe.

The hostel is situated on a hill with a lovely view of Rio de Janeiro; the building has lovely terraces that blend seamlessly with the natural surroundings on the hill. We saw lots of birds and little monkeys, and there’s a lovely cat in the house.
The place is a bit run-down and the room wasn’t very clean, nor was the communal kitchen. Mold in our sleeping room and some bad smell. It was very noisy in the neighbourhood, especially in the evenings: dogs barking, noisy neighbours having a laugh, and an eccentric priest reciting his prayers on Sunday.
