Localização, sem dúvidas! E o atendimento tbm.. foram super solícitos e prestativos.. obrigada Denise :)
Alguns itens quebrados que precisavam claramente de troca ou manutenção, (especialmente os banheiros compartilhado de baixo..) como suporte de sabonete ou maçanetas, registros dos chuveiros.. que dão aparência de descuido.. são pequenas coisas que se arrumadas, já vão fazer uma diferença..

La relación calidad-precio es justa, cumple las expectativas, no queda muy cerca del centro y de los puntos turísticos, pero está caminando cerca una estación de metro que te lleva a cualquier parte, la dueña es muy amable. alrededor hay tiendas, restaurantes, farmacias.
Creo que por lo que pagué no puedo pedir más. Todo me gustó.

pas très loin du métro mais les uber n'acceptent quasi jamais de nous prendre. quartier relativement calme, arrangeant concernant l'horaire d'arriver
pas très propre, climatisation tellement froide que j'ai du demandé à augmenter la temperature.
