Spacious clean stay in great area.

Spacious, clean. In a great area, short drive to all attractions. Road and area felt very safe. Staff were very helpful!

The room we were in faced another concrete wall so there was no natural light and could feel claustrophobic for some, however very good for the price and area.

Great vibes at these apartments. Accomodation is very comfortable, clean and spacious and all the staff is very kind and polite. Especially the lovely receptionist Júlia was very helpful and could answer all of our questions in a great and thorough manner. Had a superb stay here!

Location is great and safe in one of Rio's nicest middle class neighborhoods. Common areas are pleasant.

Twin rooms, their smallest, are very small. Only for sleeping and taking showers. TV is not smart and the monitor in my room had ink stains on the top edge that blotted out the image underneath.

Superb

Located directly in Botafogo you can quickly get to the Metro, beach, restaurants and shopping. The hotel itself is located in a private, guarded road so it is very quiet and safe. In addition to our room we liked to stay in the common area and kitchen, which is well equipped to prepare breakfast. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. AC worked perfectly and the shower had a nice temperature and pressure.

Clean and cozy hostel in a great neighborhood

Clean and spacious rooms, a really nice lobby area with some kitchen facilities (no stove but water boiler and toaster to make some breakfast), nice location in safe neighborhood with lots of restaurants nearby and a supermarket around the corner

Staff was helpful. Outdoor seating in the evening was nice.

No cleaning service for six days, until we asked for it. Small room. No breakfast or coffee in the room. A little sketchy all around the neighborhood.

Worst stay in Rio, stay away especially if you want internet

The room was decent and it's close to tourist attractions

- no internet in room - no lobby area with good internet for work - very small pool - nothing is working (sauna, gym, pool toilet) - bathroom door is rotting on the bottom - restaurant is not open during the day - even in the lobby there are no comfortable furniture to hang out and relax - area is really rundown and smells - when you find a place with wifi, it is super slow. Tried to download a movie but it would've taken a whole day at this speed - TV is not working - super expensive drinks in the fridge, they should just leave it empty

Great location, quiet but so close to metro, bus, bars, restaurants, shopping centre. Always feel safe walking around at night. Comfortable bed and hot shower

We had a problem with the sink leaking so the bathroom floor was wet, this was mopped up by the staff and a towel put by the leak to absorb any water. Needs fixing for the future.

Very nice aparthotel in Botafogo

Large, comfortable rooms. Good bathroom. Toiletries provided. Great staff who were very helpful and spoke English. Good kitchen (both communal and in room). Hot coffee always available. Great location in Botafogo, walkable to dozens of bars and restaurants. Very flexible with extending our stay by a night when needed to.

Wifi. Only available in common areas and did not work in either of the 2 rooms we stayed in.

Trendy oasis in Rio.

The staff was very helpful and kind and spoke English very well. We had some issues with our AC and the staff was patient enough to try to fix it and allowed us to change rooms. The location was within walking distance to nice supermarkets, and a cafe, and on a semi private street. Athen property had a filtered drinking fountain where we could fill up our water bottles and a secure closet to store our luggage after check out.

The toilets were a little problematic but we figured due to plumbing in a different county.

located in a hip neighborhood. we had pretty good access to all of Rio from it

somehow I think we had the smallest room in the hotel. they also wouldn’t put the two twin beds together upon request which is fine but I was annoyed that the tv was in poor condition. the room had a sewage/vomit? smell from the previous guests I think. it was clean I’ll give the staff that but I felt like not a lot of effort was made by the staff to make this more accommodating. on the other hand, I may be partially to blame for booking this last minute for carnaval. i felt like we paid double the actual rates because of it.

nice and clean place, a good location too, but bad acoustics

the location, the cleaning and the building

first night: we couldn’t sleep properly. Around 04:00 am, a guest made the check out and the whole process was very loud. I complained in the morning and the following night a new guest arrived and again was noise. unfortunately the acoustic of the building is not good at all, and this was reported.

Good

Nice, clean place in a central location. Good sized room, comfortable bed and good shower. The communication over WhatsApp was clear and check in and out easy.

No breakfast was included, nor vouchers for coffee as mentioned in the booking,. The airport transfer offered is almost 3x the price of an Uber. The walls are a little thin so one can hear other people in the lobby quite well (though not late at night).

It's a kind of student, young easygoing people party, not a place to be if you need to rest and work seriously next day.
