Property was ideal for the beach and restaurants

our room was tired and smell of wee they were small bugs in the bedroom

Not enough lipstick on this pig.

It looks nice from the outside and it’s in a good location.

The bedside tables were broken. The water takes 5 minutes to get warm. There is a lot of mildew in the bathroom. The mirror in the bathroom is flaking badly. Rust. Patching and painting have been attempted but they weren’t done well. The fridge and the microwave seem to have been afterthoughts so they were just thrown on the counter filling it completely. No water in the room. We used the provided sign to indicate that we wanted the room to be cleaned but nothing was done.

Ok for the price.

Good location, ok room, nice view from the room.

We stayed 5 days and the bottle of shampoo and conditioner were soo small and never replaced even when they cleaned the room, the wifi was almost non functional the entire time. They should have at least glasses in the little kitchen area.

Pleasant and Comfortable

The staff was moslty friendly. The view from the room was nice. Breakfast had a lot of options. The pool area was fairly comfortsble and not oveecrowded.

The rooms could be update, the property - other than the lobby - appeared dated. The bed should have a cover sheet and the bathroom was univiting.

The service at the reception is extremely slow and in general if you need something-> Good luck. It took me >1weeks after several calls to get an invoice after my stay, because at the check out there was a system problem. Marcos and Artur who picked up the phone call from the hotel were super unprofessional and not supportive at all, the only person who helped me was Danielle (she understands customer service)

For the USD, a great cost benefit.

Location, staff (Damião and Carlos very helpful) and breakfast. They always had a type of fruit salad, sweet pastries and good bread. I thought it was pretty phenomenal.

Considering we paid USD 112 per room per day, great value, breakfast far superior than your average Holiday Inn. 1 - spotty wi-fi 2 - toilet back up it took 4 phone calls to fix 3 - in one of the rooms the ac never worked because we weren’t going to wait in the room for them to fix. Bizarrely enough they do room service without you in the room. 4 - booking said parking included in price, hotel said no, so extra 100 dollars we had to spend. 5 - freezing restaurant hall. The food was phenomenal, the coffee was horrendous. 6 - stupid bracelet they make you wear inside the hotel…. 🤦🏻‍♀️

Excellent location and beach service - needs general renovation and improved processes (check-in).

Location is the most important aspect of this hotel, price is quite reasonable too and the beach service (chairs and sunshade) works really fine and conveniently. The gym is awesome.

The check-in process is a nightmare. The lack of information and the time it takes really lets us down and is annoying every time. The facilites are all a bit runned down - rooms need renovation, pool wasn't heated as it should be, jacuzzi was of service and one of the saunas on maintenance. Power outlets on the room still under the former standard.

You had to claim towels, toiletries, and the housekeeping to clean the room EVERY SINGLE DAY. The hotel needs URGENT maintenance.

In general, the hotel its okay. No good or bad. It should be a little cheaper for what ou get.

I liked the pool area, the location, the beach in front of the hotel, and the beach chairs e towels provided by the hotel

The room cleanliness whas poor, thw room had a lot of mould spots. The toilet seat was broken and we couldn't flush very properly.

Hotel needs maintenance. There was fungus and bolor in the room. Rusty furniture. Cleanliness was superficial. Maintenance required in the gym specially the running belts. Breakfast with limited options and lack of cleanliness.

Location is very close to the beach and the beach service was great, towels, sun chairs and umbrella included . Pool is very nice.

They delay towels change. They didn't supply shampoo and such. They didn't supply enough soap.
