Excellent facilities. Spa, pool and gym where first rate.
Food was also very very good.
Breakfast was great and the sushi place was so amazing that I end up going everyday.
Room was a bit small. Restroom had no lock mechanism and mine had a water leak.

Was in a quieter location which was really nice and felt very safe. Hotel was a very high quality standard
The nightly rate really went up and down so this put us off of booking all of our Rio stay there. Otherwise we would have stayed a full week there

It’s on a nice beach . Staff at breakfast . are really nice . The manger in charge doesn’t seem to care about paying attention or making the place nicer for guests - his attitude sucked
Maintenance is required. Breakfast is average. Front desk is always crowded . Almost as if they don’t care how long people have to wait . Took an ocean suite - had to call and ask for basic things like slippers and toiletries. Despite taking the ocean suite they charged delivery costs to the room - which is really pathetic . And it’s far from the city
