Biggest cheaters there are!

I stayed in this hotel for 10 times, I tried to change my booking and they didn’t want to change, cheaters and fraud people! Because there were rooms available . Next time I will stay again in Copacabana Palace! They are fair

Good hotel

Beautiful hotel and rooms. Good services like fresh pool towels all day. Welcome drink on arrival was a nice touch. Good breakfast, good gym. Good shop with drinks and snack options.

The pool service staff were not friendly. The pool area with DJ was very loud. Not on the beach, you have to leave the hotel and cross the road to get onto the beach.

Highly recommend. The beach was lovely and quiet.

Facilities including the spa lovely and we felt safe. The restaurants, in particular the breakfast, were great. The beach was lovely and quiet, perfect for children to swim.

Room service food wasn’t great. It’s a shame because the restaurant food was fantastic.

Disappointing!

Modern hotel. Great shower.

Room and bed were humid. The room smelled bad. Airconditioning was not able to take the moist out of the room. Hotel struggles to create a cozy atmosphere in the general areas, the restaurants and pool area. At the pool restaurant where I went for lunch, I was ignored by the staff for the first 10min. I’m going back to the Sheraton where I normally stay when in Rio.

The restaurants, Canto and Shizo were pretty average. The pool is nice but an nearby building blocks the sun in the afternoon.

Fantastic hotel and facilities! Amazing location in Rio right across Barra beach. Lots of activities within the hotel itself if you want to stay in. Friendly, helpful staff.

Nothing about the property itself. Just a caution about crazy traffic in Rio and most top tourist spots being at least an hour’s drive away from the hotel.

Exceptional stay in a high quality service and hotel

The option to upgrade my staying for a room at Club Level which provided access to Grande club for breakfast, tea and drinks. The structure at beach was great with beach chairs and sun shades. Breakfast was superb with a wonderful view and the room was large and modern. Also there is a whatsapp to ask for any needs you may have and they attend fast

It’s on a nice beach . Staff at breakfast . are really nice . The manger in charge doesn’t seem to care about paying attention or making the place nicer for guests - his attitude sucked

Maintenance is required. Breakfast is average. Front desk is always crowded . Almost as if they don’t care how long people have to wait . Took an ocean suite - had to call and ask for basic things like slippers and toiletries. Despite taking the ocean suite they charged delivery costs to the room - which is really pathetic . And it’s far from the city

The attitude of the staff. They don t speak English in the restaurant of the hotel or at least trying to understand Spanish.

Exquisite stay, really amazing!

When you check in they ask for a credit card for use on their backoffice systems (it's integrated with most of the hotels facilities like room service and pool service), I paid in full upfront and it looked like doing this made some confusion when waiters where trying to bill services to my room (since it probably didn't have a card associated with it)

It had stunning sunset views of the lagoon

This is definitely more a business hotel, so many conferences and conventions taking place over the 9 days we stayed here that we we’re definitely the minority and certainly felt that way in terms of priority to the hotel too.
