Best location we could have stayed at! So so close to both copacabana and ipanema and on a really great street with loads of restaurants and bars and shops. Felt really safe there. The room was great - comfy, clean and spacious and the staff were so helpful. We’ve stayed there twice now and both times have been just as enjoyable

Great location close to shops and supermarket. Easy smooth check in. Stayed in tower 1 room clean, good shower.

We stayed their twice. The first room had a lose floorboard in a dangerous position and wasnt clean. The second "superior" room had shets that were too small so you woke up directly on the mattress-yuk. The shower leaked all over the floor, the shower curtain was broken and the shower itself had mould all over the wall tiles.
The free breakfast is a joke with options of either a piece of toast or a small croissant and a cup of coffee. The staff were friendly though apart from.the miserable breakfast girl

Elevator system on one tower is very slow, doors to room have big gaps so you can heard everything in the hallways.
