It was cool but too expensive and rooms to small

Location and clean

Two small and one of the night security was rude and didn’t want us to go to restaurants in the early morning.

Recommend if you want to stay in niteroi, it is a block walking distance from beach.

Staff was very nice checking me in. Although the room is smaller than what I’m used to, (I had the two twin bed room) which was fine because I was alone, the room and bathroom was very clean and cozy. The chicken wrap was fire. Room service was fast.

The breakfast offered a good variety of food and the eating area clean and spacious with music playing in the background.

The breakfast was delicious. The restaurant inside the hotel is great. The bed is firm but comfortable. The AC worked really well.

everything! excellent assistance! serve a great breakfast buffet! and it has a bar restaurant with excellent service, all day! as a frequent traveler have to say that it’s a 5 star plus!! because of the reason I travel for I had to spend more time than just sleeping, and have to say that the attitude and attention of everyone was incredible! I recomend this hotel for anyone visiting Niteroi ! I spend 20 days and have no complaint! excellent!!!!!

Perfect location! Two minutes walking distance from beautiful Icarai Beach, great personnel, delicious continental breakfast.

Small room, tiny bathroom, no dressers, just a few hangers for the clothes. It might be fine for a single person on a short stay, but is definitely way too small for a couple staying week+. Also, the gym that was advertised as a hotel amenity, is actually located across the street and doesn't work on the weekends. We were planning to visit it but couldn't do it because it was closed.

Ok as not many choices in Icarai

Breakfast was adequate with three hot options kept head on a hot plate. No ability to custom order anything. (It is a buffet.)

Checkin/out was easy. Was disappointed they charged at check out for the three coffee capsules we used. It was only a few dollars; but why not just include coffee in the room rate if you are already including breakfast.

The bed was small, creaky, broken, uncomfortable. The walls are paper thin, could everything, even a bed moving in the other room. Totally not worth the money. Never again.

The towels had an odor of not being dried properly. The blanket is so thin even though it’s warm it’s nice to have a little weight on you at night when the AC is on. The street the hotel is on is on the darker side. Street lighting improvement is needed.

Tiny room.

The staff were very friendly and location was a bit nice. Breakfast was ok! Tapioca cake was very dry and hard.

Room size ,very small. Food selection on the dinner menu very poor.I asked for an omellete and it was very dry and my son had an hamburger very dry and no taste at all. The meal was very expensive and poor quality.

La fenêtre de la chambre n'avait pas de fermeture donc on entendait tout le bruit de la rue... Le nettoyage de la chambre et salle de bain n'était pas au niveau d'un tel établissement. Le petit déjeuner très moyen avec peu d'options et café pas bon

Tivemos alterações intestinais após o café da manhã, muita poeira em cima das roupas de cama, cama muito ruim (molas soltas) e atendimento ineficiente para trocar a cama após a reclamação.
