incredible location, they treated us so professionally when we had an issue with our flights, they were kind, fun, professional. the food was fantastic. little pricey but not overly pricy so just right. live music. just a paradise. just go to this hotel, one of the best in all of the area of Niterói

the suites are perfect and good size. the delux is basically enough room for a bed. little small. but suite is the way too go. can’t arrive by car and they didn’t build a boardwalk to get there by sand. so you walk over sand for 5 min to get there. they should build a little wooden boardwalk to hotel

Beach pousada

Pousada right on the beach with view of Rio in the distance. You have to walk about 4/5 minutes from your car/bus stop to get there, not obvious to find, you have to ask people around. Amazing breakfast! I was told there was no wi-fi in the rooms but mine had a very good signal View of the Copacabana beach lights at night

Not a negative but for info, you have to pay 20 reais to park overnight by the road. Walk on the beach with suitcase is not easy. Place was very quiet when I was there but when it is busy I can imagine the noise/music must be heard from the bedrooms

English Language wasn´t spoken I would urge any international traveller who DOES NOT speak Portuguese NOT to stay here. It will be very difficult if you don't speak the local language. None of the menues etc are printed in English, which is something easy and simple to do , but the establishment has decided AGAINST doing so So, AVIOD this establishment if you dont speak Portuguese. Just to add, the hotel was fine, the room was fine, and the food, location and everything else was fine. Its just that it doesn't cater for international travellers, apart from those who speak Portuguese.

Little heaven in Niteroi

Literally in front of the beach… if you are looking for a place to stay with a great view, thi is it! The breakfast is awesome and the staff was super nice 🥰 Great sunset and food! Wake up and fall right on the sand and the best beach in Rio. Lots of sea turtles and fishes all around 🐢🐠🐟 The SPA is great, I recommend the 1 hour massage with ocean view!

Lots of bugs everywhere… the “queen” bed is more like a full bed… Very comfortable but small. The restaurant closes at 7pm, as well as everything else around so be prepare to stock the room with water, etc. if you are staying in the first floor be prepare to wake up early due to a lot of noise around.

The staff with the exception of the night desk clerk was very friendly and helpful The location and the views of the ocean were beautiful.

The bathroom especially the shower had no bot water. When I notified the night clerk of this he took no action to either fix it or give us another room. He simply treated with no urgency or concern. Result was that we had to take a cold shower in the evening and again the following morning.

Localização pé na areia. Café da manhã bom. Instalações novas. Garçons que atendem na areia são simpáticos e prestativos, em especial o Gabriel. Refeições deliciosas e muito bem preparadas, oferecidas no restaurante da pousada. Checkout às 13h.

Cama fazia muito barulho e colchão ruim. Fiquei com dor nas costas. A funcionária que me atendeu no check in pouco simpática. Poucas mesas da pousada na areia. Check in às 15h, achei bem tarde. A recepcionista não negocia antecipar o check in. Acho que é politica da pousada.

O café da manhã é bem servido. Também é muito agradável a localização pé na areia e ter a comodidade do restaurante ali e também de outros mais próximos. O atendimento é excelente!

Acho que poderia ter um espaço na área que é do restaurante destinada aos hóspedes, o hotel fica na parte superior da estrutura então para ficar na praia somos obrigados a consumir no restaurante. Se tivesse um pequeno espaço com alguns móveis para sentarmos e apreciarmos o mar sem estar vinculado ao restaurante eu gostaria mais. Nossa acomodação foi no segundo andar para termos mais privacidade, já que o primeiro andar a vista da varanda dá de cara com as mesas do restaurante no mesmo nível. Contudo, a cobertura do teto estava a uns 30/40cm acima do chão da minha varanda. Resumindo, quando saia do banheiro corria-se o risco de alguém no restaurante me ver então era preciso fechar as cortinas. Também é importante destacar que para chegar ao hotel é preciso caminhar pela areia, eu já sabia então levei pouca coisa mas talvez isso seja desvantajoso para quem leva muita bagagem.

Foi extremamente relaxante e revigorante.

A acomodação é prática, limpa e de bom gosto. Como pedi para ficar nos fundos, a janela dava para a pedra, o que amei, e o quarto é bem silencioso. O café da manhã é incrível.

Tudo de ruim a pousada Camarote; ninguém deveria ficar lá!!!

Pousada no meio de favela, perigosa, suja, só se chega levando mala pela areia da praia, sendo a praia suja, barulhenta, música horrível! É tão ruim a pousada que nem ficamos lá, tivemos que fazer outra reserva. Solicitei à Booking o reembolso da diária que paguei e essa solicitação foi negada!! Fiquei chateado com a pousada e com a Booking, que não exigiu da pousada informar a realidade do alojamento.

Tudo! A pousada é péssima: equipe nada amigável, suja, música ruim e alta, cheiro de comida mal feita, quarto mínimo! Tudo é péssimo, tão ruim que preferi perder o dinheiro da reserva a ficar lá! Qualquer outro hóspede em potencial, evite esta pousada!
