That's a great place to rest a little bit. Beautiful and pleasant inn. Every hotel officers were very polite and helpful.

Not having lunch and dinner at the inn or nearby. However, the breakfast was served with generously and a lot of fruits, cakes and breads.

Very nice

The room was comfortable and very clean. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was nice.

The bathroom was dark - it would be better to add more lamps. The shower could be updated to a new one. In general, the bathroom could be renovated. The location is not so nice for tourism - you need to have a car to go around because it is a little bit far from the city center.

Gostamos do início ao fim. O quarto é super confortável, funcionairios agradáveis, café da manhã atende super bem também. O local transmite muita paz. Destaque pra Bili, o cachorrinho que nos acompanha em todos os cantos da pousada. Ele é um ótimo concierge. Voltaremos mais vezes com toda certeza.

A localização é boa.

Uma experiência inesquecível... de terror! Queria não precisar narrar os acontecimentos passados na pousada, mas isso se torna necessário devido a uma sequência de erros estarrecedores. Cheguei à pousada à noite e me deparei com um cenário de abandono: não havia ninguém para o recebimento de pessoas, nenhum interfone ou meio para gerenciar a entrada de pessoas na pousada. Era necessário abrir o portão, entrar e procurar a recepção, que também não tinha nenhuma indicação de localização exata na área da pousada. Ou seja, pessoas desconhecidas poderiam entrar na pousada sem nenhuma dificuldade. Durante o check-in, fui informado de que não permaneceria nenhum funcionário na pousada após as 22 horas, e o fato foi confirmado durante meus dias naquele lugar. Mas os problemas estavam apenas começando. O quarto era um verdadeiro pesadelo: não apresentava higienização adequada, as roupas de cama não cheiravam bem e havia um peixe de pelúcia na minha cama de cor preta, coberto de poeira! Além disso, haviam traças na parede e os vidros do banheiro não estavam limpos. E para completar, só foi disponibilizado um rolo de papel higiênico e uma toalha de banho que ficou imprópria para uso após o primeiro dia, cheirando mal após uma única secagem. E mais: o frigobar funcionante estava vazio, sem nenhuma opção de compra de água. Durante a minha estadia, também não consegui solicitar água, já que não havia serviço de quarto. A pousada disponibilizou uma máquina para compra de água, mas o número disponibilizado para compra não funcionava. Enfim, poderia continuar narrando uma sequência de fatos, mas precisarei descansar já que vivi tensão nos últimos dias nessa pousada. Espero que melhores e queiram de fato hospedar!

Cheiro me mofo, toalhas sujas . estacionamento pequeno ,se sair com carro para comer perde a vaga . Não tem alimentação na pousada. Gerente totalmente despreparada. Não tem responsável pela pousada de precisar sair antes das 9 horas da manhã. Meu carro ficou na rua totalmente deserta.

Linda pousada, mas a localização é estranha

A pousada é uma graça, as funcionárias são pessoas muito atenciosas, há estacionamento e o ar condicionado funciona muito bem. A cama, entretanto, deixou muito a desejar, pois o colchão estava afundado em um dos lados. O chuveiro também é decepcionante, com baixa potência e baixo fluxo, e ainda torto em direção à parede. É importante frisar também que o caminho para a pousada não é exatamente tranquilo, atravessando diversas áreas suspeitas de Niterói e São Gonçalo.

Voltaremos em breve

Gostamos muito do local, bem tranquilo. As geminhas adoraram os animais da pousada e a piscina. Os funcionários são bastantes prestativos e muito educados. O único ponto negativo, foi que não tem berço e tivemos que dormir com as duas na cama, foi difícil por conta delas se mexerem bastante. Mais tirando isso tudo excelente. Da cozinha a recepção todos os funcionários bem receptivos.
