Great breakfast, but very pricy hotel for what you get.

It was good that there was someone in reception at all times. We arrived late to the hotel (12:00 am to 2:00 am) several days during our stay and there was always someone in reception. Another good aspect is the location, since we were at a walking distance to our meeting place. The breakfast was really good, it was a great way to start your day.

Communicating with staff was really hard, since they did not speak English or Spanish (I don´t know Portuguese). We never got an invoice from them, they never understood that we needed one and they just made us fill up a paper with our info and we are waiting for the invoice by email. Requesting invoices is a standard procedure in all parts of the world and you get it immediately, but not in this hotel! The hotel seems old, our room had a terrible drainage smell and the bed sheets were not clean. For the price we paid, I think we should have deserved better.

broken lock in “varanda”. I had to lock it using a towel and they didn’t bother trying to fix it. Another thing is: they didn’t clean the room floor during my four days stay

there is no parking facilitie, just 10 spots for maybe 100 rooms...bath and bed clothes too old...the breakfast is served in a very warm place even with 2 ac's....no one clean the breakfast tables you must do it...

Chambre rénovée moderne mais hôtel vieillissant.

Les chambres rénovées sont modernes et agréable.

L’hôtel est vieillissant et il loge un grand nombre d’ouvriers qui partent tôt le matin et qui font énormément de bruits dans la cours centrale. Les femmes de ménage laissent les chariots au pieds des escaliers et ce n’est pas très pratique surtout quand on a des sacs ou des valises. Le petit déjeuner est très limité et les ustensiles sont très vieux. Les Thermos pour l’eau chaude lâchent des résidus dans l’eau et le personnel du petit déjeuner n’est pas du tout agréable et ne font aucun effort pour satisfaire la clientèle. Le plus jeune homme du personnel d’accueil est très désagréable mais les autres font un peu d’efforts.

RUA PERIGOSA. O HOTEL INFORMA QUE TEM VAGA DE GARAGEM MAS NÃO DIZ QUE AS VAGAS SÃO LIMITADAS, NÃO TEM VAGA DISPONÍVEL PARA TODOS QUARTOS. DEPENDE DA SORTE DE CHEGAR E TER VAGA NA GARAGEM, CASO CONTRÁRIO, TEM QUE DEIXAR O CARRO EM UMA RUA BEM SUSPEITA OU PROCURAR ALGUM ESTACIONAMENTO PRÓXIMO. Os aparelhos de ar condicionados dos quartos vizinhos ao meu são do tipo JANELA, o que deixa o equipamento exposto no corredor na altura da canela, se não prestar bastante atenção bate com a canela no aparelho, sem falar a molhação no piso dos corredores devido ao dreno dos aparelhos, risco grande de escorregão e queda. Chuveiro elétrico, não é a gás, péssima manutenção, cada faixa de água para um lado diferente, tinha que ficar procurando onde a água caia pra poder tomar o banho.

Café da manhã satisfatório com boas opções e boa variedade.

A internet ao menos no quarto que fiquei deixou um pouco a desejar, fiquei na maior parte do tempo em dias de folga ou final de semana, um dia precisei trabalhar e tive que revesar em o a internet do local e o plano do meu celular devido a instabilidade, no geral consegui trabalhar por se tratar de um dia de trabalho tranquilo.

Tinha muita formiga no ambiente e a fechadura do quarto estava com o trinco invertido. Com isso, a porta só ficava fechada se trancada com chave.

Estadia razoável, mas com o sono prejudicado pela luminosidade da acomodação.

O café da manhã estava bom. A localização é boa, próxima de alguns bares e restaurantes.

O quarto em que fiquei tinha muita entrada de luz pela manhã. O blackout não conteve a luz do dia. Também entrava muita luminosidade por baixa da porta.

Anunciam estacionamento mas só dispõem de 10 vagas para mais de 40 apartamentos O quarto em que ficamos não se assemelha a nenhuma das fotos do site. A porta do banheiro não fechava direito e era necessário fazer força. Talvez por isso a maçaneta estava soltando. Uma luminária em cima da cama também estava pendurada. O ar condicionado fica direcionado para a cama e não há como direcionar para outra posição o vento. O Wi-Fi não funcionava direito no quarto. O nosso quarto parecia um puxadinho.

Funcionários simpáticos e café da manhã excelente! Muito perto da UFF

Fiquei num quarto térreo que cheirava a esgoto. Ele dava para uma área interna onde tinha uma mesa onde hóspedes interagiam para fumar. Então, tinha barulho. A toalha era fina e tinha manchas. A limpeza do quarto de um dia para o outro deixou muito a desejar. Nem trocaram a toalha e mal arrumaram a cama. O vaso nem limpo foi.
