Nice hotel, conveniently located with great customer service.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Conveniently located by multiple restaurants and stores. Very clean hotel with good upkeep. The homemade breakfast every morning was wonderful as well. The bed was a little firm for my liking (cultural preferences), but a great hotel for a very good price.

This is an older building, but maintained. I would have preferred a mattress topper to make the bed a bit softer. Other than that, I think the hotel is wonderful overall and I would highly recommend.

The Hotel was a last minute unknown choice of stay - It will be my first choice next time.

The INCLUDED serve yourself breakfast was an "abundant SHOW" of typical Brazilian food: Choice of cool fruit juices, selection of fresh fruits, Regional Cheeses and Ham slices, cooked scrambled eggs and chopped sausage dressing, variety of cheese breads cookies, self prepared toast plus dressings and of course an ENDLESS SUPPLY OF BRAZILIAN COFFEE black or topped off with a dash of hot milk also tea for the sceptical. Not to forget the unobtrusive, yet very attentive staff that maintained the supply of edibles and pristine appearance of the dinning area. They merit a standing round of applause.

Local circumstances required an extension to my stay - I wish it could have been for even longer.

Recomiendo este hospedaje

Queda muy céntrico y justo al frente de un mall muy grande y completo en Niteroi, queda a pasos de la avenida principal y del transbordador que cruza hasta Río, que por cierto un viaje que recomiendo más que ir por tierra. Quisiera agregar que la atención es maravillosa, atienden muy bien y quien me atendió se preocupó de comunicarse de manera entendible para mí (cosa que no todos los locales hacen). Además de que el desayuno es excepcional, muy completo, todo fresco y delicioso.

El edificio es antiguo, sin embargo, muy bien cuidado y limpio. Solo señalar que el aire acondicionado es antiguo, por lo tanto suena fuerte y recomiendo usar tapones o reductores de ruido para dormir.

O HOTEL NÃO MERECE TRÊS ESTRELAS. VOCES NÃO DEVERIAM INDICAR PARA NINGUEM.

Atendimento, faltou energia e passamos A NOITE TODA ATÉ AS CINCO HORAS DA MANHÃ CENTADO NA RECEPÇÂO, pois o elevador não funcionava e não tinhamos como subir até o apto 801. O hotel não merece 3(três) estrelas.

Na maior parte satisfatória, mas existem pontos para melhora.

O conforto do quarto, a praticidade dos elevadores, além deles serem modernos e limpos. O café da manhã é farto, com grande variedade de sucos, bolos, frios, sanduíches e salgados. As camas são bem limpas e confortáveis.

O atendimento dos funcionários na hora de preencher a ficha de hospedagem foi enrolado e burocrático. Colocaram um funcionário novo para me atender, que se enrolou todo e que não sabia fazer sozinho partes do processo. Foi preciso chamar um outro funcionário, que também atendeu tudo em tom monótono e entediado. O preenchimento dos meus dados, que não precisaria levar 2 minutos. Demorou mais de 15. Meu quarto ficava próximo a área da limpeza. Eu estava dormindo em uma manhã, quando alguma camareira (ou algum outro funcionário que foi até lá) derrubou algo pesado no chão. Despertei extremamente assustado com o coração disparado, após o susto. Achei extremamente desagradável.

Gostamos da localização que é excelente e do café da manhã variado.

O Wi-Fi no quarto não funciona. Tivemos que usar a Internet do celular o que pra nós não foi tão viável.

A localização é ótima! O quarto tem um tamanho bom. Equipe do hotel muito atenciosa.

O Hotel parece bem antigo. Seria bom renovar aos poucos os quartos, mesmo que com pequenos detalhes. A TV era bem ruim. Não tinha praticamente nada para assistir e o controle remoto não funcionava direito.

Ontbijt was goed. We kregen een ruime kamer met een aparte entree. Rustig geslapen.

Alleen was er geen internet in het slaapkamer deel. We moesten steeds terug naar de gang (binnen het appartement) om verbinding te krijgen. Maar daar werkte het wel goed.
