Wonderful people, great location for a safe, no frills place to stay.

The owner lady was incredibly kind and involved to ensure we had anything we needed.The staff here are incredible. There is a grocery store and fruit store nearby and taxi location across the street. Walking distance to the ocean and beach. The security is excellent with cameras for the front door and very secure. We felt very safe.

The property is older but charming with the basics, nothing fancy. That being said, you have everything you need.

If the breakfast was better, it would be perfect.

The room was very comfortable. The WiFi was very good, I was able to watch videos and do work there. There were multiple spot of WiFi so poor signal wasn't a problem. The place in general feels comfortable. The staff was very good and tried their best to solve all our problems.

The breakfast could be better. It lacked fruits and varieties. There could be phones in the room to talk to the reception. Some places in the common area could be improved. There were some old and broken chairs.

The suite is really old - nothing like the photo in the booking com. There were two single beds which were put together to be a double one. Horrible idea as it didn't work out well.

A localização é excelente. É o melhor da Pousada. Quarto aconchegante, com banheiro privativo que estavam com a limpeza relativamente boa. Funcionários gentis.

A limpeza geral da pousada estava péssima, tudo bem sujo. O café da manhã não tem praticamente nada, nem pão francês. Só pão de forma, café e leite. E ainda tivemos que pedir café, pois sempre estava acabando. Nenhuma fruta ou frios. Além disso, havia horário limitado para o check-in, ou seja, não dá pra se hospedar a qq hora. A pousada não é cara, mas também não é baratinha. Então, isso fica muito a desejar.

Hospitalidade, ambiente familiar, segurança e localização (perto de praias, farmácias, padarias, museu, UFF). Adorei ter água gelada à disposição dos hóspedes sem taxa, talheres e copos para uso na pousada. Tudo que você precisar eles prontamente atendem. Voltarei em breve.

A pousada Anexo fica situada no coração de Niterói.Ótimo custo benefício. Fomos muito bem recebidas pelo funcionário e dona da pousada,que nos deram ótimas dicas de passeio. As instalações são simples,mas tinha tudo que precisávamos. Uma cama confortável e um chuveiro quente. Para quem não se importa com luxo,vale muito a hospedagem. Nós indicamos!

A localização é perfeita. Local seguro e perto de diversos supermercados. Quarto limpo, roupa de cama cheirosa, travesseiros confortáveis, ar condicionado gela muito, frigobar muito bom e chuveiro com boa queda d’água. Pousada simples, mas super aconchegante!

Distribuição do quarto, onde neste instante a televisão está em um canto remoto do quarto, onde com o barulho da rua não se pode ouvir nada. VASO SANITÁRIO NÃO REMOVE TOTALMENTE OS DEJETOS, SEM PRESSÃO.

A estadia tinha a finalidade de passar dois dias na FLIN e não ter que voltar para o Rio tarde.

Gostei da facilidade do local. Facilidade de entrar a qualquer hora, segurança.

Café da manhã muito fraco, sem muitas opções, o funcionário que atende a portaria também mexe com o café da manhã. O ambiente é pouco arejado, a acomodação precisa de renovação.

Gostamos do quarto, chuveiro bom ar condicionado e ventilador bom, a limpeza pode melhorar.

Não gostamos do café da manhã, não sei se estava tarde na hora que fomos tomar café ou era assim mesmo. Podia servir o café no refeitório.

Tudo é muito, mas muito sujo. Os pratos do café da manhã estavam imundos, banheiro parece que nunca foi lavado, roupa de cama cheia de pó e com alguns bichos, tinha papel higiênico sujo dentro do gabinete do banheiro, aranhas....

Quarto com ventilador de teto quebrado e com aparência indesejável, cama com pés quebrados e colchão de péssima qualidade, encontrada baratinha no chão, chuveiro com água fria. Nos trocaram de quarto e os problemas persistiram.

A pousada é simples, mas gostei da localização. Fica próximo a vários lugares. Ambiente familiar e tranquilo. O quarto onde fiquei a cama era macia e os travesseiros também.

Há algumas coisas de manutenção para serem realizadas. Algumas tomadas, parede descascando, porta sabonete do banheiro enferrujado, não tinha porta papel higiênico. Os itens do café da manhã muito básicos.

Localização, limpeza e gentileza dos funcionários! Chuveiro quentinho, ar geladinho e tv com grande variedade de canais.

Reservei para dois dias e no primeiro, me colocaram num quarto horrível, com banheiro em estado precário, ralos soltos, muito fácil para aparecer insetos.. reclamei e no dia seguinte me trocaram para um quarto melhor, mas também com ralos soltos. Na pousada estavam vários adolescentes hospedados, uma funcionária me informou que são jogadores de futebol, e eram EXTREMAMENTE barulhentos, em uma das noites nem consegui dormir direito com as constantes batidas de portas deles, e tive que acordar muito cedo. Comentei com ela e ela disse que alguns hóspedes já reclamaram anteriormente, pois eles já são hóspedes fixos lá. Mas nada foi feito para solucionar o problema. O café da manhã é cortesia, mas é literalmente café com leite e alguns pãezinhos, sendo cortesia, achei ok!
