It was disappointing, especially as my colleague who paid for the same type of room had a better exp

Location as it was closer to the venue I needed to attend.

A few of us travelled together and booked five rooms, but my experience was extremely disappointing compared to my colleagues. I was first given a room that looked nothing like the photos online: while large, it was in very poor condition with broken cupboards, mould in the bathroom, and loose floorboards that posed serious safety hazards. It felt like a neglected space given to me simply because the hotel was busy, and after nearly falling due to the damaged floorboards I had to request a change on health and safety grounds. The second room was closer to what was advertised, but when I asked for a late checkout I was refused on the basis that the hotel was busy, even though all of my colleagues in the other four rooms were granted one. Overall, the staff were friendly, but the poor room quality and inconsistent service made my stay disappointing.

Beware. Safety issues.

Large private parking area

Everything else was bad at the hotel. My wife was stuck in the elevator for more than an hour the night before we checked out. A technician took too long to arrive at the hotel to fix the problem. After she finally was able to get herself out of the elevator and away from the danger, the hotel staff didn't even call us in the room to check if she was OK. It was a really bad experience overall. Very bad customer service and care. The hotel is mostly badly preserved. Lacks maintenance and renovation. We will never come back to stay at this hotel and will never recommend it to anyone else. I'm even considering suing the hotel due to the lack of safety inside the facility.

long check in procedure, dirty and partly damaged room, dangerous metall edges on the floot, real toe cutter, blank walls without any picture or painting, stinky towels like dried on campfire, yeast&molds in bathroom shower - disgusting. I demand at least 30% refund.

A localização é ótima. A infraestrutura de lazer do hotel é ótima. O café da manhã é bom.

Ralo do chuveiro entupido. Controles remotos da TV e Ar Condicionado com pilhas gastas. Sem instruções para usar o cofre. Cama adicional de solteiro estava quebrada. O quarto não foi limpo. Não tinha nem uma touca de banho... Pedi para que os problemas fossem corrigidos por tres vezes, mas ninguém fez nada.

Boa estadia.

Área externa é exatamente da foto. Linda a vista. Piscina externa sempre sendo cuidada, guarda vida atento e até ajudou e orientou sobre ombrelone . Quarto amplo com produtos no banheiro. Cama bem feita e lençóis e toalhas como novos. Restaurante com cardápio bom e valor justo.

Quartos e restaurante com muitos pernilongos. Solicitado raquete, inseticida spray ou de tomada para uso no quarto e a recepção não deu atenção e não forneceu nada. Água da hidro estava muito turva e as bolhas que formavam tava como se fosse água suja.

Hotel excelente com vista privilegiada.

Estrutura do Hotel é ótima, com localização e vista privilegiada da Baía de Guanabara, Pão de Açúcar e Cristo.

Por estar com lotação máxima na data que reservamos, tivemos que esperar em pé para conseguirmos tomar o café da manhã, por quase 20 min. Contudo, o café oferecido é excelente, com muitas variedades e ótima qualidade.

Café da manhã muito gostoso, porém gostaria de fazer uma crítica construtiva. O hotel acomoda muita gente e não tem estrutura para receber os hóspedes no café , fazendo com que fiquemos em filas para entrarmos e nos servirmos. Tem poucos funcionários, fazendo com que ele façam milagres no atendimento . São ótimos mas precisam de mais mão de obra .
