It was disappointing, especially as my colleague who paid for the same type of room had a better exp

Location as it was closer to the venue I needed to attend.

A few of us travelled together and booked five rooms, but my experience was extremely disappointing compared to my colleagues. I was first given a room that looked nothing like the photos online: while large, it was in very poor condition with broken cupboards, mould in the bathroom, and loose floorboards that posed serious safety hazards. It felt like a neglected space given to me simply because the hotel was busy, and after nearly falling due to the damaged floorboards I had to request a change on health and safety grounds. The second room was closer to what was advertised, but when I asked for a late checkout I was refused on the basis that the hotel was busy, even though all of my colleagues in the other four rooms were granted one. Overall, the staff were friendly, but the poor room quality and inconsistent service made my stay disappointing.

Large private parking area

Everything else was bad at the hotel. My wife was stuck in the elevator for more than an hour the night before we checked out. A technician took too long to arrive at the hotel to fix the problem. After she finally was able to get herself out of the elevator and away from the danger, the hotel staff didn't even call us in the room to check if she was OK. It was a really bad experience overall. Very bad customer service and care. The hotel is mostly badly preserved. Lacks maintenance and renovation. We will never come back to stay at this hotel and will never recommend it to anyone else. I'm even considering suing the hotel due to the lack of safety inside the facility.

Dinner is restaurant is very bad. That is reason restaurant is every evening complete empty Water is swimingpool don't look clean, I didn't ask but I think its closed, no chairs or sunbeds.

long check in procedure, dirty and partly damaged room, dangerous metall edges on the floot, real toe cutter, blank walls without any picture or painting, stinky towels like dried on campfire, yeast&molds in bathroom shower - disgusting. I demand at least 30% refund.

Precisa de uma boa manutenção!!! Ar condicionado velho não dá nem para dormir de tanto barulho parece que vai explodir!!!! O banheiro é uma vergonha td destruídos velhos passam tinta em cima para camuflar, o armário nem porta tinha e a outra quebrada horrível constrangedor, As portas em baixo quebradas muito frustrantes ,Um aparto tão lindo e totalmente e mau cuidado! Me decepcionei muito desta vez ! Pessimo! Obs limpeza pessima! Muito nojento

A ducha é excelente! A vista é linda! O quarto é espaçoso. O café da manhã é OK. O hotel como um todo é muito aconchegante.

Hotel com boa localização, vista muito bonita do mar e pontos turísticos do Rio de Janeiro, piscina grande e bem cuidados, jardins bonitos e bem cuidados ao redor. O hotel precisa de uma modernização, uma reforma, ar condicionado funciona, mas faz bastante barulho, quarto amplo, com pequena cozinha , chuveiro bom, varandinha com vista, tem restaurante com comida com pratos triviais e preço acessível e um bom cafe da manhã .

Sentimos falta de um garçom na área de piscina. Um dia de muito sol sem um garçom para tirar pedidos. Por volta de 11h fui pedir uma porção de batata frita mas não pudemos ser atendidos pois a cozinha estava no almoço, voltando 12h, horário de fechamento de diária.
