Great staff, really good location but they could do a few renovations

Amazing staff, super kind, made the accommodations I asked very fast.

The building is a bit old and smelled a bit like mold. The room is very small and the shower made the entire bathroom wet.

Practical and convenient

The hotel is very close to everything in Niterói. The beach is a few blocks away and everything is within walking distance: restaurants, shops, supermarkets, etc.

The room I was in was very small, it didn’t fit 2 people comfortably. Breakfast wasn’t included. There was some construction noise during the day when I wanted to sleep. I wasn’t given the option to change rooms to a quieter area.

My stay at Hotel Petit Village Icaraí

The accommodations were wonderful. I ESPECIALLY liked the Location, I've been to Rio several times and this is the first time. That I've stayed in Icaraí, I definitely want to come back there. I loved the Area and General location.

The Television Cable service wasn't so great. Also I didn't really like, having a room on the first floor. So close to the lobby, whenever the staff would talk and other tenants would come to the Lobby and speak with the Staff. You could the entire conversation. I'll definitely get a room in a higher floor next time. Other than that, the entire stay was fantastic.

According to my family who are locals here, this place used to have good breakfast. No breakfast anymore. The air conditioning was a bit too loud.

Very good

Wonderful location in Icaraí. Grocery stores, shops, restaurants, I recommend Cavi, same street, 171, and also, walking distance to the beach. We didn’t eat breakfast, but there was breakfast available in the other hotel next to the Petit Village.

There was a problem with the shower, but the receptionist told us that we could take a shower in another room, so problem solved.

Vale a pena pela localização

A localização é ótima! Perto de vários bares e restaurantes e muito próximo da praia de icaraí, para ir de lá para outras praias é bem tranquilo. Os funcionários são sempre cordiais e dispostos a ajudar. A cama também era bem confortável.

A limpeza deixou um pouco a desejar, as toalhas estavam com cheiro estranho e amareladas, aí pedimos para trocar. Também pedimos uma coberta e ela nitidamente havia sido usada anteriormente e após o uso não havia sido lavada, aí pedimos outra e trocaram na hora. O quarto também estava com cheiro forte de tinta e não dava pra deixar a janela aberta pois entravam muitos pernilongos. O Wi-Fi também não funcionava todos os dias. Enfim, vale a pena pela localização.

Nossa escolha para o proximo Reveillon: Niterói!

Hotel delicioso. Lembra a Europa/Inglaterra, pequeno e cheio de charme. Local proximo deu comercio de rua que eu já não via no Rio (capital) desde á muito tempo. Todas as Grandes Lojas do shopping em plena rua central, maravilha. A parai de Icarai fica a 100m dali... Descobrimos uma Casa de Queijos que não existe sequer em Campinas-SP onde temos residencia... Área super segura e não se via policia em cada esquina. Pessoas transitavam numa boa usando celular sem pânico. Adicionalmente, a prai me pareceu muito limpa e os fogos do Reveillon são uma boa opção para quem não quer a muvuca do Rio

Café da manhã (R$30/pessoa) era em um outro hotel do mesmo grupo, testamos e não vale a pena. No entanto à 20m dalia havia outroas possibilidades muito boas para café da manhã

Estacionamento pois não era um estacionamento.. é uma rua dentro de uma vila. E do café da manhã que é em outro hotel, vc precisa sair de onde está para ir para outro hotel. Essa informação foi avisada somente na hora, não foi informado antes.

Fomos chamados às 6h30 da manhã para tirar o carro da vaga de garagem. Não tinha coberta no quarto, precisamos pedir. Não tinha nenhuma opção sem gluten no café da manhã (ex: pão de queijo ou tapioca)
