Nice Niteroi area For guests with low demands and height

Single room bed and bathroom space are inadequate for people of average height and totally unsuitable for chubby people or people taller than 1.80m

Very bad

The only thing we liked there, was the staff, they where wonderfully, king and responsive to our needs. Unfortunately we were told (former staff) that the staff earn very, very little; 1 minimum wage per month, ($268.00) regardless how many years they work. We will never recommend this place. All night long all we heard was doors banging, loud HVAC, etc, etc. SO, IN CONCLUSION, THE STAFF IS SAVING THUS PLACE.

Fix the doors, change the setting of tables in the dining area, install railing in the out side space. Up grade the breakfast with different fruits, different meats and cheeses, add some omelets, add other cakes.

Good location and fairly good breakfast. The room is narrow but as advertised.

There was a consumption charge in the room that was not true. However, I could not complain because my mom paid without telling me first. Also the AC was pretty loud even in the low setting.

all the rest. there was mold in my room, the air conditioner was old and dirty. I got sick due to allergic reaction to the mold. the crew is ok and the hotel is located in a very nice place, but I would never go back there.

Se fosse localizado mais próximo à praia, onde passam os principais ônibus, seria muito melhor.

Razoável, mas não vale o custo benefício

Localização é boa, apesar de ser perto da praia de Icaraí que não é própria para banho. A limpeza dos quartos é boa e ágil. Além disso, a área de lazer conta com uma hidromassagem muito bacana em dias de sol

Café da manhã é muito repetitivo, não há variedade e não tem tantas opções como em outros locais. Área de lazer tem horário para ficar aberta, o que achei um ponto negativo. O barulho dos quartos é insuportável, toda hora você ouve elevador subindo e descendo além do próprio barulho quando ele para nos andares, algo que incomoda demais e até mesmo te acorda. Além disso, a internet do local é muito lenta, a ponto de você nem conseguir usar.

Atendimento atencioso, café da manhã simples, atendeu às expectativas

Muito barulho (não é culpa do hotel, foram hóspedes mal educados mesmo. Mas talvez pudesse haver algum controle melhor). O quarto achei mais apertado do que parecia nas fotos e o colchão desconfortável.
