Decent chique

The breakfast and particularly the older man on duty are my favorite thing about this hotel. It’s decent chique, do not expect luxury but practicality and cleanliness. Wifi works perfect.

The beds are quite hard, and the rooms are a bit dated but decent.

Outstanding service and superb breakfast.

The staff is excellent, specially the manager. She went beyond and above her duties to fulfill a request we had. The breakfast is outstanding, a perfect meal - a supero meal for your day and the attention of the waiters is excellent.

I think the facilities: room, halls need to be renovated. There are huge signals of lack of attention to physical problems (rust, painting etc). Rooms are very comfortable, big, lots of space, but the bathroom needs some care, visible marks.

In general it was a good experience. The room is ok for the price. The location is good, but it is not so easy for taxis and uber to find. The staff is ok and treated us well. The room space is good.

The bed sheets and pillows don't smell good. The food and service room is very expensive and the food was not so good.

Location was ok, very convenient.

Rooms need refurbishment, air conditioning is old fashioned and very noisy, not many convenience items in the bathroom. An essential item was missing in my room: a support to place my luggage on, as the spaces were very tight and could not accomodate/support a carry-on luggage.

Boa opção em Icaraí

Os funcionários foram todos muito simpáticos. Eu só dormi uma noite e foi ideal para o que precisava. O quarto é muito espaçoso, tem até uma sala e o banheiro é grande também. Tudo estava bem limpo. O frigobar tem bebidas. O café da manhã é variado.

A mobília é antiga, mas não é um problema.

Tem muito barulho, no banheiro a água não descia direito no ralo, e ainda tem bidê no banheiro. O colchão é muito duro e a cama é pequena.

Bom , mas pode ser melhor

O hotel é bom , os funcionários muitos simpáticos e atenciosos, o café da manhã achei bem fraco , uma sugestão , no Natal e ano novo , esticam um pouco o horário do café da manhã , pois nessas datas as pessoas costumam chegar tarde no hotel e costumam dormir um pouco mais , coisa que é normal , pois teve um dia que eu tive que acordar e fui tomar café em uma padaria , já que o café do hotel nessa data de Natal terminava cedo . O banheiro , precisa mais de uma limpeza , e as instalações são boas , mas tá precisando de manutenções. Do resto foi bom .

O quarto é péssimo, o Box do banheiro minúsculo, mal cabia uma pessoa. O interruptor do banheiro estava só na fiação e pela metade. Parece um quarto de motel de última categoria não recomendo

O café da manhã fica em outro prédio, isso nao é confortável. O salão de café muito pequeno para 2 prédios de hotéis. Os apartamentos antigos.

Boa estadia (mas poderia ter sido melhor se o colchão da cama fosse mais macio)

Tamanho do quarto, localização, atenção dos funcionários, ar condicionado split novo e funcionando perfeitamente, varanda do quarto, conforto acústico do quarto, blackout (apesar de deixar passar uma pequena festa de luz embaixo), rádio do quarto.

Colchão muito duro, sugiro a colocação de pillow top macio sobre os colchões, pois a dureza do colchão foi um detalhe que prejudicou muito a experiência da estadia. O café da manhã também deixou um pouco a desejar.

Somente a localização.

Minha experiência no Tower Icaraí deixou a desejar. A alimentação oferecida pelo hotel resultou em um problema de saúde (infecção intestinal), o que comprometeu significativamente minha estadia. Além disso, o colchão apresentava pouca firmeza, tornando o descanso desconfortável. Diante desses pontos, não posso recomendar este hotel.
