Decent chique

The breakfast and particularly the older man on duty are my favorite thing about this hotel. It’s decent chique, do not expect luxury but practicality and cleanliness. Wifi works perfect.

The beds are quite hard, and the rooms are a bit dated but decent.

Outstanding service and superb breakfast.

The staff is excellent, specially the manager. She went beyond and above her duties to fulfill a request we had. The breakfast is outstanding, a perfect meal - a supero meal for your day and the attention of the waiters is excellent.

I think the facilities: room, halls need to be renovated. There are huge signals of lack of attention to physical problems (rust, painting etc). Rooms are very comfortable, big, lots of space, but the bathroom needs some care, visible marks.

In general it was a good experience. The room is ok for the price. The location is good, but it is not so easy for taxis and uber to find. The staff is ok and treated us well. The room space is good.

The bed sheets and pillows don't smell good. The food and service room is very expensive and the food was not so good.

Location was ok, very convenient.

Rooms need refurbishment, air conditioning is old fashioned and very noisy, not many convenience items in the bathroom. An essential item was missing in my room: a support to place my luggage on, as the spaces were very tight and could not accomodate/support a carry-on luggage.

O quarto é péssimo, o Box do banheiro minúsculo, mal cabia uma pessoa. O interruptor do banheiro estava só na fiação e pela metade. Parece um quarto de motel de última categoria não recomendo

O café da manhã fica em outro prédio, isso nao é confortável. O salão de café muito pequeno para 2 prédios de hotéis. Os apartamentos antigos.

Boa estadia (mas poderia ter sido melhor se o colchão da cama fosse mais macio)

Tamanho do quarto, localização, atenção dos funcionários, ar condicionado split novo e funcionando perfeitamente, varanda do quarto, conforto acústico do quarto, blackout (apesar de deixar passar uma pequena festa de luz embaixo), rádio do quarto.

Colchão muito duro, sugiro a colocação de pillow top macio sobre os colchões, pois a dureza do colchão foi um detalhe que prejudicou muito a experiência da estadia. O café da manhã também deixou um pouco a desejar.

Somente a localização.

Minha experiência no Tower Icaraí deixou a desejar. A alimentação oferecida pelo hotel resultou em um problema de saúde (infecção intestinal), o que comprometeu significativamente minha estadia. Além disso, o colchão apresentava pouca firmeza, tornando o descanso desconfortável. Diante desses pontos, não posso recomendar este hotel.

Descansei.

O café da manhã era bom e os preços do restaurante não eram abusivos. O quarto era amplo com uma cama muito confortável e um ar condicionado silencioso. O quarto também contava com uma varanda bem agradável.

O banheiro. Dei algumas topadas na peça que ficava no chão, com a finalidade de impedir que a porta batesse na bancada da pia. Outra coisa que me incomodou foi o fato do rolo de papel higiênico não ficar ajustado ao porta papel higiênico. O eixo do suporte de papel era menor do que a largura do compartimento onde ele deveria ajustar-se.

Sei que o hotel não é novo, mas a cama poderia ser queen. O chão do box estava encardido. A pia do banheiro estava entupida de cabelo; eu que consegui tirar um pouco usando papel higiênico. Tinha um cheiro forte de bom ar. Tenho rinite alérgica

Localização excepcional!! Surpreendido com a vista e a proximidade com bons restaurantes. Funcionários muito educados e solícitos. Café da manhã completinho. Bolos gostosos e sanduicheira à disposição.

Só faltou o secador de cabelo no banheiro. Tivemos que solicitr na recepção e descer pra pegar o equipamento. De resto, foi tudo excelente!

A localização é ótima, muito perto da Igreja São Judas Tadeu. Próximo a praia de Icaraí. Bons restaurantes e comércio. Dá para fazer tudo a pé.

Para o meu gosto o colchão poderia ser mais firme. O barulho na rua dá para ouvir mas não incomodou.
