Awesome location with all handy

The location was wonderful, the shopping mall was beautiful and had a lot of ammenities and options for stores and restaurants. It was also really easy to get an Uber from and to the hotel, along with the access to a supermarket wallking distance.

The personnel of the hotel didn't make an effort for non portuguese speakers. We asked for the option to either get assistance in spanish or english, and the clerk just spoke portuguese and didn't reallly make an effort with the pace for us to understanding better. Good thing that most of the information I needed was on the posters and flyers throughout the hotel.

Not bad , but it's not the Hilton

Reasonable price for what you get staff was super friendly and the bartender was really cool. Overall I'd rate it between a 7/8 but for the money it was ok.

Don't expect them to clean the rooms and change the linens, you'll have to do it yourself, if you don't put the garbage upfront they won't take it Other than that the mall is right next door with plenty of options for dinner and drinks

Because we had an early flight out of GIG, we chose this hotel for an overnight stay. It is fine for that, basic, impersonal. THE HOTEL DOES NOT PROVIDE A SHUTTLE SERVICE TO THE AIRPORT! However, there are taxis available in front of the hotel, at around 40-50 reales. Breakfast was not included in the price we paid via Booking. We thought the huge shopping mall adjacent to the hotel might be interesting, but it was not, and we ate rather badly at one of the joints in the food court.

Excellent quality price ratio. Easy check in easy check out. Clean and comfortable. A famous and quite bigshopping mall is just in front of the entrance with restaurants in open air as well.

Very clean, comfortable and secure Hotel. We are staying at IBIS everytime we travel to Rio.

Affordable and Gets the Job Done

It was a very modern hotel for a very low price. It is located right next to the mall and there is direct access to the Rio Metro system. The breakfast was alright. Very basic.

The room is very small and there are no English TV Channels and the staff couldn't speak English. The beds are really hard.
