The Title Says Enough

Excellent and friendly staff. Good breakfast

Well it is an adult hotel where you can rent rooms by hours. It is obvious they are trying to attract different clients, hence booking.com. The staff are very nice, which helps to offset the imbalance of it being an adult hotel trying to change. Good stay except for the thin walls 😉

Tough bed and pillows, nobody was cleaning the room during my stay. I had to return the keys all the time I left the hotel, so everyone from the staff can enter the room

Size of the room

Hard bed, terrible pillows , terrible showers, (no water pressure whatsoever). Flies in the bathroom. No room cleaning, (3 nites..no one cared to clean my room). The staff is not used to having "stay in" customers, this is a love motel. The a la carte price for breakfast is stupidily expensive and out of the ordinary.

For the price you pay you get a lot! Almost like a whole flat! With a TV and a huge comfy bed. 24-hour check-in.

I wanted to leave my stuff with the receptionist before I come back to pick it up before going to the airport. I was told to leave it in the room. When I returned I was being late for my flight and ran back up to get my stuff (after telling the women I'm in a rush and need to get the stuff). Went back down with the stuff and they then decided that I can't leave until they check the room and they wouldn't buzz me out of the hotel. I was begging them as I was really late but they wouldn't listen. Not sure why they couldn't check when I was going to the room?! When I told them specifically that I am late and in emergency. The decor mirrors everywhere and sex toy brochure by the bed - made me wonder what kind of hotel it was? Step right next to the bed made me trip and almost smash into the floor at night while going to the loo.

An unexpected delight

We liked that it looked the the Hotel from American horror story so that was a plus. We weren’t fully aware when booking the true meaning of an adult hotel in Brazil so we were very surprised, as two backpackers, when we arrive in our room and read through the hotel magazines. Despite this, our stay was very pleasant and one of the members of staff who would bring up our breakfast most days was really friendly and made us feel very comfortable. I think he could tell we weren’t aware what we had booked but it’s definitely a story to tell for years to come and at least now we know that adults only doesn’t just mean no children here. The pizza was also great!

Found it very difficult to communicate with the staff. Although it isn’t a negative and they did try their best which we appreciate but it did cause some confusion so I recommend brushing up on a few bits of Portuguese. Google translate saved us from ringing and maybe ordering some questionable items. The aircon was also extremely loud and the walls were rather thin. So I think you can imagine all sorts of noises that we would hear.

fuer kurze Aufenthalte ok

Personal war in Ordnung. Die Zimmer waren ok, netter Spiegeleffekt und nette Beleuchtungsoptionen. Kuehlschrank war auch da. Betten waren ok. Man konnte sogar was aufs Zimmer bestellen.

Preis viel zu hoch. Die Lage leider am A**** der Stadt, sehr weit vom Zentrum entfernt, aber immerhin mit der Metro erreichbar. Es gab nur 1 Steckdose im ganzen Zimmer da kann man noch nachbessern. Kein Toilettenpapier auf der Toilette. Stattdessen so komische Plastiktuecher, was auch immer das soll.

La atención horrorosa me discriminaron por no poder hablar y las instalaciones muy malas quedamos atrapados en el elevador y luego ni las aguas que nos pasaron nos querían regalar se demoraron en buscar ayuda y su atención por parte la la recepcionista fue horrible no debería atender al público el Garzón se portó bien

o ar condicionado não funcionou, a internet não pegava no quarto todo, só em um espaço específico e óbvio, bem longe da cama onde não tinha tomada, ou seja ou você colocava pra carregar ou você mexia. Internet péssima se pensar ir para lá à trabalho, não vá! A internet é muitooo ruim!!!

Banheiro grande e espaçoso. Cama confortável.

Iluminação do quarto. Só funcionava o neon mas a luz comum só ligava uma e ficou difícil pra se arrumar no quarto.

Es un buen lugar para descansar. No hay servicio de restaurante. El metro Del Castillo está muy cerca. La atención en Lobby fue buena. Tiene aire acondicionado y ducha caliente y frío además de secadora de cabello.

O café da manhã não ser incluso, e mesmo tendo que ser pago, me informaram errado dizendo que não poderia ser pedido bem cedo, antes das 6h. Depois, quando já não adiantava mais, falaram que sendo pago, daria pra pedir...
