Great service and what a location!
The service from the staff was exceptional. The room was a good size, the view was fantastic, the food was excellent and the facilities in the room were great, including the toilet.

Rio at its best!
Everything was perfect. The property is beautiful, the rooms are large and extremely comfortable. Bathroom amenities from Santa Pele were amazing. Great service, great food. The view from the pool is incredible. Will definitely stay there again.

The property itself is beautiful, but quite small facilities and common spaces in the hotel
For the price paid, it was a terrible experience, mostly because our room smelled of cigarettes and on the last day it took the staff almost 1h to bring my bag from the room to reception
