Wonderful location, beautiful view from the room on the 18th floor. Clean and comfortable room. Great shower. All amenities provided. Staff at the hotel were very helpful in calling someone when my taxi did not arrive.
There is no free coffee or creamer or milk provided in the room. This seems unusual as Brazilians drink coffee so not sure why instant coffee was not provided and one had to pay for to use a Nespresso ( no milk provided) . These are small touches that elevate an experience.

The location was first rate, right on Copacabana beach. The rooftop pool bar was delightful
We were misinformed about the relocation of the temporary beach facilities on 23-26 March, as the directions were not very clear

Very helpful and friendly staff, beds were so comfy, price very reasonable. In comparison to another hotel we stayed it was so much better on price and experience.
