We got upgraded to a suite on 19th floor level due to a water leak on our apartment on 12th floor. Fantastic views. Very comfortable bed. Silk linen and pillow cases.

Coming from outside the country, we booked two rooms for ourselves and our friends with high hopes after reading hundreds of reviews.
We were just thrilled!
First of all, the beds. For me, a comfortable night’s sleep is the most important part of a stay. These beds are fabulous. They have memory foam type mattress, delicious pillows, and amazing sheets. We’re probably going to have to get a new bed after this.
We had a wonderful rain shower, top notch amenities, and an awesome balcony with views of both the beach and Christ the Redeemer.
Breakfast was varied and delicious, the staff was well trained, helpful, and friendly. The lobby is bright and open. The elevators are small but quick.

Room was cleaned and service from staff was good. Unfortunately hotel was under construction So there was unexpected noise when I relaxed in the room. Except for it, I satisfied it.
