Excellent location from the ocean, balcony facing the ocean, excellent food, service, firm bed.

Overall, we had a great experience. The hotel staff were very attentive to our every needs. The bar was nice with an espresso machine so you didn't have to go find coffee. The restaurant had delicious food plus a free large buffet and 1 day we had a free buffet lunch. The restaurant staff was excellent, especially William. The last night we were there there was live Brazilian music. Our room had a balcony with a table and 2 chairs and we had an amazing view of the ocean where we could hear the waves crashing. The room was cleaned everyday. The bed was firm and this is important since I have a bad back. The beach was across the street and we had beach towels from the hotel to use. There's a pool and a large jacuzzi which we never used. There's even a children's play area by the lobby.

We had 2 days of rainy, windy weather and the howling of the winds was very loud so it was hard to sleep. I don't blame the hotel. Other then that any minor things were trivial.

Nice but price might be a little expensive for what it is

Location is great. Breakfast was good. Nice pool and jacuzzi. Great ocean view from the balcony. Good looking room.

There’s no free water. Elevators could be a nightmare. Wifi was inconsistent and slow very often, we didn’t have signal in the balcony which is a shame I could have enjoyed the ocean view better otherwise. Gym had humidity smell. Some sheets were stained. Towels were so old and used that got very thin.

Our first trip to Rio was amazing!

The breakfast is amazing! Although it does get quiet busy in there. The room was clean and a good size, and we had a balcony overlooking the beach! We had amazing views of the sunset! The hotel had everything we needed, we were super happy with our stay. We also loved the area, Barra is a little less crowded, and felt alot safer than other parts.

Only think i can think of is that the gym is very small and it was very hot in there, aircon would have been good!

Good breakfast, location and clean rooms. Great view from the balcony and terrace.

The glass doors to the balcony don't do any good job in blocking the street noise. The swimming pool water was a bit too warm and the bubble pool quite hot.

Great Location. Pool is nice as well as the pool bar.

I stayed there 4 nights and yes my bed was made up everyday, but a change in sheets would have been nice. Breakfast was a free for all no direction people cutting in front of you while you wait.

Pleasant but needs double windows in ocean view rooms

breakfast, beach, air conditioning, staff was nice. Beds were comfy, rooms looked new and the shower was also good.

Toilets dont flush well. Rooms dont have double windows, so you hear noise from the ocean and cars day & night.
