The hotel is quite new (or refurnished) with a very good location, with ease access (by car) to restaurants, bars, shopping centres, beaches, parks. Breakfast is nice as well, but could be better organised by staff. A very good grade should be addressed to the free parking lot.

There could be more available staff at the reception desk, as there was always a queue for the clients to be attended. Also, a better management of staff during the breakfast should be addressed, as there were unavailable tables (dirty) while some clients still waiting for them. The pool is quite small for the number of guests.

it was simply amazing i loved the fact that the rooms are spacious

it was clean and comfortable with amazing views and the staffs were very welcoming, breakfast too was great but they could use some vegetables

Room A/C, Bad service and deluxe room choice makes bad value for money...

Pool area and Sauna (most of 14° floor/roof top infrastructure), Views, Bathroom shower and space, large confy bed, TV, huge balcony and Breakfast. Free spacious parking and spacious hotel surrounded by open views.

Room A/C (no assistance from front desk, not even when requested 3 times). Frequent cuts of Power turns a/c off everytime. You sweat during sleep with no covers. Lack of toiletries in bathroom (only 2 very small soaps and shampoo and conditioner saches). Bad assistance. Staff does the least possible. Front desk likes to refuse typical requests and preferences as a standard even when clearly possible (they like to set bounderies at any simple contact). Minibar is super small and only cools down stuff. Balcony room is not worth a significant extra money just for a big balcony and to have to insist in a request for a better view to the lakes side and a high floor. Restaurant with very little options and staff anxious to leave for home. Full payment was requested at check-in.

the room was not clean, all the cups were used and there was trash not collected on the patio.

Exceptional

The staff was amazingly polite and ready to help with any requests. I traveled to pick up my cat which was being repatriated and the hotel even provided a bed and feeders. The bed was awesome and the view...wow. Very modern bathroom and shower with great water pressure. I would definitely stay again and recommend it to friends.

Because of my cat being in the room,I chose to leave the 'no disturb 'sign at the door but when I returned the room had been cleaned. Luckily the cat was scared and stayed under the bed all the time but had it been a dog or a wild cat,things could have been unpleasant, or the pet could have escaped.

Good value stay, service could be improved

Great value hotel, very clean and felt luxurious. Pool was beautiful and lots of places to relax. Breakfast was extremely extensive! Comfortable beds and room was perfect temperature.

The staff were very difficult to interact with. Once we eventually ordered food by the pool, we waited 1 hour for it to come (including our drinks which were just a can of coke and a bottle of water!), when the food came it was missing half the items and when we asked, we then waited another 30 minutes for them to correct it. No apologies and even seemed to be annoyed with us asking about it! The location is a little out of the way which means it feels safe but it is on a busy main road and no easy access except with car/taxi. Okay if you don't plan on leaving much! No kettle in the room or easy access to hot water (again, waited 20 minutes when we asked!)

google map pointed to the wrong address making arrival at the hotel frustrating and time wasting. the pool and poll grounds are not inviting nor refreshing the restaurant and bfast were simply not good. not suitable for vegetarians, vegan or healthier options

Very pleasant

Everything is very new and clean. The room is big with comfortable bed. 15-20 minutes drive to some nice beaches and town.

Nothing really. Breakfast could have more options but we only stayed for a weekend so for us it was fine.
