The star rating is a hoax

The staff was friendly, and the location was very good.

It is not a four star rated Hotel. The rooms are old. The sheets were dirty, there were holes and stains on the bedsheets.

Overall, a great place with reasonable cost. Recommend it.

Breakfast was offered from 4:30 am to 10:00 am, which is a lot wider window than most other hotels I've been to. It wasn't too far away from the major sightseeing places in Rio de Janeiro. Beaches in this area are a lot quieter. Location-wise, it was perfect. Air conditioning was fantastic.

Refund process on the accidental double charge could have been better communicated. There was draining issue with the shower room. There were only few TV channels available. Ironing board cover was loose.

very well localized (safe region), fantastic staff and decent breakfast.

The room is not very well clean, specially under the bed, I could find dust on top of a hanging light. The bathroom lacks proper shower curtains or at least a glass box. The view of my room was very lacking, and in booking it was listed with a city view.

The rooms are dirty, smelling bad. Next to the property there is a show house and you can listen ALL the show from your room. It could be great, if the artist is good, or terrible if you don’t like the artist or you need to rest. Even the noise of other rooms are clearly listened.

Would probably go back, but only if the price was really good given the conditions of the rooms.

The location in relation to where were were visiting in Barra and Recreio. The ease of access onto the main highways. The simplicity of hotel.

The rooms were in need of repair and modernization. The staff was EXCELLENT, though it took a very long time to have the rooms cleaned. Many times almost 5 or 6 p.m. Having to pay for the underground parking.

AC dripped forming pool on the floor. The bedspread is super thin, way too thin. Housekeeping kept putting the sheet OVER the bedspread, which means unaware guests are all covering themselves with the bedspread that is not being changed...
