Nice hotel but need a little bit of care.

Nice location and have a shopping below makes everything easy.

The hotel is nice, but the bedsheets and towels had a distinct smell, not dirty but not comfy. Also, the room had small issues indicating lack of maintenance.

Good accomodations, but gotta fight to have a decent one

Air conditioning didn't work, and seemed the hotel already knew, but let us in. Then, after maintenance came (they just placed a missing part of the air conditioner), it still didn't work, and we asked to move to another room. In the new room, everything was ok. The breakfast is not good too. Tasteless coffee, low quality fruits and cheese, ham and cakes.

An ok stayed

The lobby was nice and the bedroom area was big enough, with plenty of space to walk around the room. Breakfast was amazing! The staff is really nice! definitely, a plus to be inside a mall with access to shopping and restaurants!

The building itself needs some maintenance and upgrades. Corridor rugs and elevator tiles look old, in my room, the baseboard was coming off, and the metal bathroom trash can was oxidized. The pool area was ok but the pool water looked so dirty. They got issues with my room number, and even someone came into my room because they assigned my room to somebody else, and in their computer, they had me with another room number, super weird!

The price that I paid for one night wasn’t fair for hotel with some higiene problems

Breakfast was good

My first room I found hair on the bathroom sink and the face mirror was broken left there too. I had to ask to change the room and I complained about it . Honestly I payed attention about cleanness and I observe many places without good higiene . I expected more because this a hotel in very good location with good name .

Well decorated room but definitely not worth the cost based on location, room view, amenities, etc.

The room was well decorated. Breakfast buffet was extensive but not the best type of food available. Room was at the end of a hallway with a view of a mall and not the outside.

The view from our room was terrible. Hard to get in and out of the hotel because its in a mall. Front desk service was extremely slow. The hotel couldn't process our payment beforehand while still in Canada and so on the day we arrived we had to travel to this hotel to pay although we weren't booked to stay there for a few days after our arrival.

It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in my life. and I paid an absurd amount thinking it was 4 stars. a lie. I want my money back.

Everything was great. Good breakfast, room and location. The shppping mal where the hotel is located has all amenities.

The bathroom sink was clogged. So ita was difficult to use it. The extra bed for my son was short for his height.

Uncomfortable stay, dirty facilities and bad costumer service

The breakfast and the location

we were a family of 10 people trying to enjoy the weekend, and attend our friend wedding but the infrastructure and the service of the place was so poor that we spend more time trying to have basic things like towels than the time we actually enjoy the place, we had 5 rooms and 3 of them had bad leaking problems that were solved almost at the end of the stay, the groom’s room had no water at all, pool and sauna were dirty the whole weekend, construction area at the pool was uncovered and unsafe, the response of the staff was mostly a rejection and I ended with a rash in my whole body because the bed sheets and pillows were full of mold, a chair in my room smelled like pee and we found out is was actually pee covered with a blanket, curtains and fabric materials in the room are also full of mold, I definitely would not come back and I am writing this review so nobody else have to live the same experience
