Not maintained terrible management owner

The owners management do not put money into the property. It’s falling apart. Pools are closed for years at a time for not being cheap and not making repairs dirty rugs, dirty rooms. Everything’s falling apart do not stay here.

Location. Bed and comfy pillows. Had a Kongsize sea view room on 5th floor. Rooms that dont overlook ocean are not as well upkept

not what you should expect for the price range

location is good but hotel is not in a good shape

no room service provided through Rock in Rio timeline, late check in because the room wasn’t ready at 6:30pm, really not trusted transfer service to Rock in Rio was offered by a recommended company in the hotel that ended up bad…. it made us wait in the rain for an hour and a half in the middle of street with no help provided by hotel at all. cold shower at 4am after being in the concert the whole day through rain and cold.
