Apart from an very poor breakfast the stay was ok thanks to the location and the staff

The breakfast was poor. I had to ask for fresh bread. The eggs were cold. The juice was like colores water. The quality is not what one would expect. I ammsure a lot of people will look at other hotels just for this reason. A pitty because I stayed many time in this hotel and never had seen this.

Was supposed to stay for a week, ended up leaving after 1 day

Fridge didnt work, asked to get a new room but they said there was no more room available. Flies in the breakfast, had to pay for the breakfast because they said we didnt had it included even tho we chose the «breakfast included option»

the building needs a serious renewal. the elevators stops all the time and are in very very bad conditions. The floor of the room was dirty, we couldn’t walk barefoot, bathrooms look old, towels are super thin, walls are stained of mould.

Price way too high for what the hotel offers.

Location. The hotel is close to the mall from where the bus I was taking to Rock in Rio was leaving.

• Rooms do need a remodeling urgently - the bad state of furniture and painting make the place look dirty; • bed sheet was dirty when I first arrived at the hotel room - fortunately, the staff did change it almost immediately; • breakfast buffet is poor on variety - most options are fat; • price charged was way too high for what the hotel offers.

key room many Times was not working and I had to go downstairs to get a new one. No energy in my room in two different occasion. I had to wait for it to be fixed outside my room. No water one day for few hours.

The location was close to the motorway and with relatively easy accesibility to the beach and other Barra da Tijuca places. The bed was confortable, the room was quiet as I asked, the staff was pleasant and the food from the restaurant was good.

The Wi Fi connection was poor.

Good breakfast. Most of the staff is very good too. The room has a lot of space. They helped us when we needed to check ou t a day early.

They only clean the room every other day. They said is because of Covid but that makes no sense, it should be clean more not less.

Many of the facilities were closed or had very limited hours (gym, sauna, restaurant, etc). No one bothered to inform us in advance. It's understandable, given COVID and the holidays, but for the price it was disappointing.

The experience staying here is amazing, the staff made me feel like home. The room and common area are clean. The location of the hotel is very good, it is by the main avenue and the malls and supermarket are very near. Should really consider this hotel if you want to stay at Barra!

Las apariencias engañan

La piscina maravillosa. La habitación amplia, cómoda. La ubicación no tan buena, había que tomar Uber para todo.

Al desayuno le faltó un poco de dulzura y mejor cocina. La pieza no se limpiaba , solo se hacía la cama (tuvimos que llamar la atención). Cenamos una vez en el comedor y nos miramos de calor, porque no prendían aire acondicionado y la comida muy mala. La segunda vez pedimos cena a la habitación y demoraron una hora en traerla y llegó fría. Alegamos. Pensando que la cosa había cambiado, pedimos cena a la habitación por segunda vez y se demoraron 2 horas en traerla. Por supuesto fría. Así es que no pedimos más ahí. Un día nos encontramos con que no teníamos toallas y pedimos. Nos dijeron que ya no tenían, porque se habían acabado y nos tuvieron que dar toallas de la piscina. De 6 ascensores 4 estuvieron malos en todos los días que estuvimos (5 días). En definitiva, el hotel se ve fabuloso, Pero en los servicios internos , muy deficiente.
