Easy to find

Food was limited Bed sheets were filthy Receptionists were rude Our car was damaged in the parking lot. Marcos (The manager) denied anything had happened, he also threatened me, called me a liar and he swore at me.

The ground floor had a spacious lobby, dining area (with great complimentary breakfast and other mealtimes), pool, steam room, gym, and patio area. The elevators were efficient and felt modern/safe. I liked that the windows could tilt open. Air conditioning in the room worked well, and the mini fridge was also very helpful. I felt the property photos were accurate.

I think the shower leaked a little bit, but we had enough towels to dry it up. Our bed felt a little smaller than expected, and friends in other rooms had a larger bed despite having made the same type of booking.

Unsanitary, smelly experience and I would never recommend this place.

water did not work at all. my room smelled like sewage making it difficult to sleep. I stayed for one night and had to find a new hotel the second night because the hotel was not sanitary

Very good

The staff was AMAZING at the hotel and went above and beyond to take care of us! I was having payment issues and they worked with me and were flexible in helping me have a place to stay. They spoke English as well. They also helped get more blankets for us when we got cold.

The food at the hotel was sub-par. Breakfast was okay but I would not recommend ordering meals. It is in a safe district but far away from any activities to do in Rio.

Me encantó la atención del personal, todas las personas fueron muy amables. Los desayunos eran maravillosos, y la limpieza de cada uno de los espacios comunes y habitaciones fue perfecta. Sin duda, volvería a hospedarme ahí.

Lo único que podría mejorar, es extender el horario del restaurante en la noche, ya que a veces uno regresa tarde de los Tours, y no hay muchos lugares cercanos para comprar comida.

Limpeza não é impecável, é boa. Tinha vários cabelos longos no banheiro. Além disso restaurante muito confuso e ao pedir prato no jantar eles perguntam pinto da carne que chega igual carvão na mesa.
