It was pleasant.

The breakfast is satisfactory. I recommend fixing the water leaks from the shower ploor tod the outside and in the tap on the bathroom counter (room 407).

Accomodations in accordance with the reports above. Fairer prices on items offferd for consumption in the rooms.

Conveniently located, but the staff needs training

I liked the options for breakfast and the restaurant staff was very amicable.

The front desk staff when I checked-in was terrible. No interest in helping at all. The same when it comes to the reservations office. They canceled my reservation several times, under the allegation that my card was invalid. I had to call them to give my card information in order to not lose the second reservation. Surprisingly, I paid for it with the “invalid card”! I don’t know why it all happened; I felt very uncomfortable for having to give my card information over the phone.

Know where you want be especially if it’s your first time in Rio.

It was a quiet location conveniently located next to a mall and supermarket. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet effective could have had other proteins. The bed was comfortable. Recrieo beach was about a 15minute walk and enjoyable

I thought the hotel was a lot closer to Copa and Ipanema. The cost of an UBER wasn’t so bad though. Minimal in-room amenities. Now I know that what I saved with the room and spent on taxis I’ll just stay closer and pay more. I wasn’t displeased though.
