Cross contamination- I eat halal or vegetarian unfortunately the lady who was making the omelettes was using same gloves and utensils to put the meat / pork in other peoples omelettes and then when I saw meat in the bowl I had to point it out to her. Please can fresh gloves be used when making vegetarian/ meat free meals and avoid using same utensils as ones with meat. Breakfast otherwise was good but no halal options

Very nice residence in Barra area, great for several days stay in Rio

The staff were always welcoming and helpful. The room was spacious, with enough expected amenities. The breakfast was very diverse, with fresh materials, nice collection and changes day over day.

The sound isolation from the adjacent rooms was terrible. This definitely affected the comfort. The bed was not as comfy as expected from a Marriot.

The staff was great. Beatrice was always so friendly and Alice was a joy to speak with.

No hot water in my shower, TV was absolutely horrible in the bedroom, no simple amenities like paper towels, dish soap even though the kitchen was in the room. I'd say it was less than basic. They really need to modernize the rooms.

A recepção dos funcionários. No anúncio o estacionamento aparece como uma conveniência do hotel, mesmo sendo pago. Quando cheguei, os funcionários não queriam que eu entrasse com o meu carro, alegando que não havia vaga. Chegaram a sugerir que eu fosse estacionar o meu veículo no shopping Metropolitano e que pegasse um Uber para ir para o hotel. Lamentável e vergonhosa a recepção dos funcionários, aparentam estar extremamente mal treinados e foram super desrespeitosos e deselegantes com uma hóspede com reserva feita.

Hotel moderno, calmo, numa zona com pouco movimento mas perto de shoppings e praia a 15 mints ( sem transito ) com transito pode levar 1 hora ou mais, funcionários do café da manha 5 estrelas, adoramos todo o acolhimento deles e o café da manhã em si maravilhoso, também jantamos no hotel, muito bom com preços justos.

quando chegamos ao quarto o quarto tinha algum pó e sujidade de hospedes anteriores mas depois de questionado na recepção tudo foi resolvido na hora, não ter ninguém para nos ajudar a levar as malas ao quarto no check-in ou check-out, a piscina é pequena e poderia ser aquecida tendo em conta o tamanho do hotel porque a água estava gelada.

Só conseguimos entrar no quarto às 19:00 horas. Desorganização total. Hotel lotado e com filas de hóspedes querendo ir à seus quartos. Todos recebiam a mesma informação: o quarto está limpo mas precisa ser vistoriado….. café da manhã era bom mas conforme a partir das 10:00 horas, sem reposição. Pedimos um cobertor. Simplesmente não fomos atendidos

Excelente alojamiento. Limpias las habitaciones y muy bueno y variado el desayuno. El personal super amable. Lo único para decir es que la ubicación es un poco alejada solo se accede en auto y cuando fuimos había feo olor de la laguna que está cercana al hotel. El resto es seguro, lindo tranquilo y super cómodo.

Hotel confortável, equipe solícita

Apartamento excelente, espaçoso, limpo, com cozinha equipada. Tinha até lava-louças, cafeteira, café e chá à disposição. Duas TVs (no quarto e na sala) com diversas opções de canais, inclusive Telecine e HBO. O sofá-cama era bem confortável. O café da manhã tinha opção de leite vegetal, leite zero lactose e pão sem glúten. A equipe estava sempre pronta para ajudar quando precisamos. O meu pai disse que foi o melhor hotel que ele já ficou.

Reservamos o apartamento para 3 pessoas mas faltaram itens de cozinha (só tinha pratos, talheres e copos para duas pessoas). Mas a equipe foi solícita e prontamente nos atendeu quando pedimos mais itens. As camareiras também esqueciam de colocar toalhas para 3 pessoas e tivemos que pedir, mas também fomos logo atendidos. Acho que poderia ter mais variedade de frutas no café da manhã.

Gostamos muito da estadia.

O hotel se apresenta em otimas condições de conservação, destaque para o cafe da manhã com uma variedade enorme de frutas, sucos, pães com destaque para estações de tapioca e omeletes. A localização é na minha opinião o ponto menos favoravel muito próxima ao centro olimpico porem mais distante da Barra para praia e alimentção.

Comemorando 1 ano de casados, escolhemos um dos melhores hotéis da Barra da Tijuca, no Rio de Janeiro – o Residence Inn by Marriott – esperando uma experiência à altura da ocasião. A recepção calorosa, o carinho da equipe, o café da manhã excelente e os ambientes impecáveis realmente merecem destaque. No entanto, no dia mais importante para nós, a noite do nosso aniversário de casamento, tivemos uma decepção que marcou negativamente a experiência. Após um dia longo e cansativo, chegamos ao hotel à noite e fomos surpreendidos por uma manutenção hidráulica em andamento – sem qualquer aviso prévio. O hotel estava completamente sem água: chuveiro, torneiras, sanitário, tudo fora de uso. O momento que planejamos com tanto carinho para celebrar nossa união foi arruinado. A falta de comunicação adequada nos impediu de aproveitar como casal esse marco especial. Chegamos, dormimos desconfortáveis, e assim ficou registrado esse capítulo da nossa história.

Quartos na verdade são mini apartamentos,com espaço amplo,geladeira,micro-ondas,fogão por indução,pia,bancada,até lava louça,copos,pratos,panelas,etc.. cama muito confortável,todos os funcionários educadísdimis e simpáticos!!sempre prontos a ajudar.

Ficamos lá pela proximidade do Riocentro pra congresso,porém é distante de tudo.. tudo precisa ir de carro ou taxi...
