Not worth the money

Good location for us nearby the venue (visited the concert)

Poor breakfast (no vegetables or salads), blockage in the sink, there was no simple slippers, no toothbrushes

Needs maintenance urgently.

The beach at Barra da Tijuca is a great pick. Promenade on the other hand as just too far from the beach.

The breakfast was fair enough, nothing extraordinary. Could have more variety of options. The room was ok but needs some renovation. The curtains are very old and lack maintenance and cleaning (blackout curtains are just rottens). Cleanliness was also disapointing. Finally, we asked for a crib but it was in such a bad condition (very, very old with stains and dirty) we prefered poutting the baby to sleep on the sofa.

Very disappointed for a 4 star hotel.

The staff were friendly, breakfast was okay.

Was there for a conference. Unfortunately, our experience at the hotel did not meet our expectations for a 4-star stay. The air conditioning system did not effectively control the humidity in the rooms, which made for an uncomfortable environment. Additionally, we were disappointed with the quality of the dinner, which was priced at 45 reals per person and consisted only of inedible fries. The TV didn't work at all. To make matters worse, one of the staff members was wearing a ripped shirt, which detracted from the professional atmosphere.

Despite these small issues, my experience was positive and I would definitely come back

The location is really good and the food is great as well. The room was super comfortable. We stayed in the one with the kitchen. It was really nice. Very spacious and comfy. The bathroom had a nice shower and a big countertop so we could put all our products there. The curtains had black out, which was good because there are big glass doors in the entire wall.

The points for improvement would be that there were not any blankets in the room, we had to request one at the front desk, and fortunately got the last one, because the hotel was full. Some of the Front Desk staff were really nice but others were a little bit sharp. No one was rude but some could be more kind and willing. I also had to go to the restaurant to get new silverware because some of the ones available in the room felt sticky like if it had been used and not washed.

The lack of good maintenance negatively impact the overall perception of facilities. Noise from the nearby avenue was not insulated enough.

O condomínio estava em obras e não havia sinalização da entrada. Demos várias voltas até achar a recepção. O local poderia ser melhor sinalizado.
