Nice stay on the beach

Location was great and design of building is beautiful. Nice views. Beach club for chairs and umbrellas. Front desk staff was helpful. Kids area was nice to have. Breakfast food was included and fine, but a cattle call with a ton of people.

Very plain all white room, kind of odd for "design" hotel. Price was high due to being Jan 2. Lobby had zero vibe and sushi restaurant is literally in the lobby, felt like an airport lounge. Very small pool that is insanely crowded with people of all ages. Not enough seating on rooftop. They do a great job of making it look so stunning in the pics. VERY long lines at front desk, staff was very kind to prioritize us since we had a baby.

the AC was noisy and Tuesdays and Thursdays i was told they are playing music all night in the hallways.... no idea why!

Good option if you need to locate close to Prainha

The location, food on breakfast is good. Rooftop swim pool has a nice view.

The facilities was a bit dirty and stains on the hallways. The bar on the rooftop is very expensive. The room is just ok but very simple for the price range. In front of hotel there is plenty of spaces to park for free or you can park in hotel garage for +50 reais. The crazy is that the security and receptionist told us that if we don't want to park in hotel garage paying that much we could buy the municipal park ticket with the people that sell it in the street. But this was not necessary cos in that region is free park on the street. Of course that there is a guy in the sidewalk in front of hotel selling the ticket for 10 reais where the fair price is 2. So this kind of ripping you off is something very popular in Rio and I just didn't expect that someone in the receptionist and the security guy would be aligned to that kind of thing.

Worst hotel experience ever.

The location at the beach, but a lot of traffic noise.

Checkin : very rude person at the desk and terribly slow. Dirty room. In the morning, rooftop closed. After checkout, entrance to the pool prohibited. They kicked me out with 2 bodyguards. Never treated so rude in my whole traveling life. Worst experience ever. Never wrote a review with such a bad mood. This is a hotel : ik wil wel maar ik kan niet. No design at all.

The room was clean with a beautiful view of the ocean, the bed was big enough and comfortable. The neighborhood was quieter than Copacabana or Ipanema.

A hotel to relax and enjoy a good beach

The location of the hotel is perfect! Facing the beach. Of course, here I am evaluating the location of the hotel, but not the distance from the tourist attractions in Rio. Breakfast was very good. The reception staff are all very polite. We had a problem with the room and it was fixed immediately. The pool has a very nice view and if it's not busy it's perfect for relaxing. The room is a good size and everything was clean. The bed is comfortable. The internet works very well with no interruptions. The beach at Recreio dos Bandeirantes is beautiful. You can enjoy the beach without anyone approaching you. Check in and check out is fast.

The hotel is all white, including the rooms, so you need to pay more attention to maintenance (furniture and wall painting). But even in need of a new interior paint, our room was clean. The hotel faces Recreio dos Banderirantes beach, the view is beautiful, but this neighborhood is 32km away from Copacabana, for example. For people who want to visit the main tourist attractions in Rio, it is not a good option. But for those looking to enjoy a clean, uncrowded beach, enjoy nature and take a moment to relax, this hotel is perfect.

Amazing

An amazing hotel! I had a room in front of the sea. The view is terrific. Excellent breakfast. A special thanks to Carolina, who checked me in and took care of my stay in an excellent way!

The wifi was often bad and the room could be cleaner.

• Staff is friendly; • hotel extended the breakfast to accommodate the guests that were participating of a race nearby.

• Rooms need refurbishing and remodeling - the bathroom looked awful, mirror was peeling… • Air conditioner was very noisy and not efficient at all; • more chair are needed on the pool area.

Gym and swimming pool are working only at working hours which is not convenient if you are web summit visitor. The personell is not very cliebt oriented. No iron if you need it for to be prepared for the meeting. Low quality.

The location was good, it’s in a more quiet place so you get very good access to the beach, and the rooftop pool and bar was amazing! The view from there is incredible and definitely worth the visit.

Some things were not as well maintained in the rooms, but these are very minor things.

NOT Impressed! but okay.

This hotel has an excellent location. However everything at the beach is 3x the price because the sellers expect the tourists to stay there and raise their prices ridiculously. The staff at the reception were somewhat friendly. The room I had was nice with a beautiful view and great sized balcony. The kids entertainer staff were brilliant and engaged with my 3 year old beautifully. they also have activities at the beach for the kids on Saturdays. Room cleaning service was good daily.

The staff at the pool are unfriendly. They don’t pay attention to you and when you complain they keep apologising on behalf of the rude staff when they staff themselves continue to be unpleasant, they don’t smile and ignore you specially if you’re a foreigner. The breakfast could vary every few days. The breakfast room is freezing! AC is so high that the “pão de queijo/cheese bread “ becomes hard and cold quickly. The cakes are awful. The check in isn’t informative enough. They didn’t tell me that we can get FREE beach towels, chairs and umbrellas at the beach. I have paid a fortune each day to the people charging us a leg and an arm whilst this was included on my stay! They again, just apologise! anywhere in Europe or UK we would get some discount/free drinks etc for the trouble but they really don’t care. This is about the principle and not the actual money/freebie. At my last day when I did find out about free chairs etc at the beach I took some and they were old and rusty. Not even worth it! The pool has a wonderful view but it’s NOT for kids under 125cm. They don’t have a safe area for little ones. They also forget to give you towel cards at the check in and so when you get to the 10th floor for the pool they send you back down to get it otherwise you can’t collect the towels. The kids area on -1 need urgent investment! Very boring and unimaginative. The workers are super friendly but the area is dull!

it was close to the beach

they had rules about everything, u always had to have this cheap paper wrist bracelet on, if u had a beach/pool towel and was running up to the room u had to return it for these coupons, people working there were so nice but seemed overworked and tired. no one picked up the front desk phone if we needed anything from our room - i didnt even know how to dial to them. it was an ok experience but i would never stay there again
