Such a nice hotel, next to the beach. Our room did not have a ocean view but it was super quiet (that what we needed after long flight). The breakfast is great. There is also swimming pool at the top and sauna ☺️. We really liked the hotel.

The hotel is in a great location, the breakfast is very good. However, some of the staff at reception are less than welcoming. The first room they gave us was not what we had booked, it was smaller. They tried to sell us a bigger room. The second room they offered was by a generator, super noisy. The third room was adequate, it had a good big bed and quiet. Sadly the glasses in the room were only washed once during our stay and only because we mentioned it. The toilet seat had to be repaired during our stay. Overall, a bit disappointed, it could be better.

I had a great stay at Windsor California Hotel. The hotel was very clean, the location was excellent, and everything was well organized. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The food was also very good, with plenty of options and great quality. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable experience. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Rio de Janeiro.
