The daily breakfast was sadly the same for the 6 days we stayed. There seemed to be no variety in the food and the placement of them were in exactly in the same place each morning

Location and the staff were simply Amazing!

My room had bed bugs, I requested a refund for three of the seven night’s accommodation. I was moved to a different room that had moisture damage and I declined the offer to was my clothes very disappointed being my first time in Brazil.

Amazing stay with very nice staff

Amazing customer service. Very personalized. Staff was so nice and accommodating. We had an amazing experience. Housekeeping was on point and very alert to our stay. The turn down service was awesome and so perfect in the details. I was very impressed.

Bathrooms could be upgraded. Breakfast could be better.

Yet another hotel that don't provide you with Milk with your Tea & Coffee. The rooms could do with a makeover, bathrooms look very tired.

I do love the hotel and the location. The restaurant is great.

I paid for the lounge one day and was charged for 3. I did request a refund. The lounge did not have anything but water, some nuts, chips and some fruit. I did not even have coffee and I was told I could have breakfast there.

Absolutely the go-to hotel in Rio!

The staff was very friendly, and the hotel was (especially compared to other hotels in Rio) very clean! We loved the breakfast and were happy with the option for late checkout. I feel this was value for money, the pool is nice as well as the bites and available lunch at the pool! We booked very cool tours with tourguide Max (insta maxtourrj) although some were also offered next to the hotel on the streets. The location is excellent!
