Good location & nice staff

Pretty good location, staff were wonderful, room was spacious, bathroom was okay. Breakfast was awesome - delicious & huge variety.

Nice stay and great breakfast

Location was great and Santa Clara street has many restaurants and shops, also very close to the beach. Staff was very nice and the breakfast exceeded our expectations.

The room was a bit smaller than expected. Wouldn't recommend if you plan to stay for long periods in the room, but it's ok if you'll be out most of the day.

Overall, quite a good place if you want to relax after the arrival. Clean and comfortable rooms. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

The bathroom could be a little better cleaner. Poor wifi quality what caused a change of a hotel.

Location, newly renovated and friendly staff, decent breakfast, good air-conditioning was a pleasure to stay 😀.

Pleasant

The employees have been wonderful from the bdginning. We have received a warm welcome. The whole time we spent there have been good thanks to these people. Very nice service and customer oriented people. Thank you.

The Wifi is not only very slow, it cuts and it is rarely accessible. Don't count on it if you consider having a night in this hotel. The training room has an old material. But also broken. And there is no maintenance and this is obviously not cleaned and tided. 3 machines are unusable: the pull up machine for the back, the guided horizontal bar for the legs and pecs (smith machine) and the leg extension machine. The step between 2 weights is 7kg. Which is too much if you consider training the triceps, biceps, pecs, shoulders, back, etc. On the pulleys. On 4 Air conditioning, 2 are out of service. We have selected this hotel for the gym. The price of the hotel is taking into account this gym room if I compare to the concurence. Unfortunately the bad material is killing the very good experience we had with the people.

Great location. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast.

The bathroom was old and did not look like the pictures online which were of newer bathrooms. The available blankets were needed some cleaning. A couple times the internet would be intermittent.

Good hotel, perfect location to explore Copacabana and the rest of Rio.

Good hotel, basic, great location. The newer rooms are nice, the older rooms not so great. Nice breakfast buffet with fresh fruits and a good choice of other foods, it was perfect for me. Great location very close to the beach and in the centre of the Copacabana area. I felt safe in the area, also walking alone in the evenings. Close to the metro that is very easy to use to get around Rio, also in the evenings. Some very friendly employees at reception, at breakfast and household.

Room for improvement on cleanliness of the rooms. Once I mentioned it, my room was properly cleaned for the rest of my stay.

A nice place near the beach.

Love that the staff are friendly and helpful in all the areas. The buffet breakfast is great and the location is nice too, very close to everything Copacabana. Decided to extend for a few more nights as it's a great facility.

The workout area could be better. Tight with old or broken equipment. They have a steam room, but it didn't seem to be working. I made the best of it.

Passable

This hotel is located near Copacabana beach. And this was one the main reasons why I choose to stay here. Breakfast was really good also and with a variety of food. The staff serving breakfast was really polite. Storage baggage was as well a good thing.

The place wasn’t clean at all. Bed sheets and pillow cases were dirty as well. There were many insects in the room like spiders and ants. Wireless connection was really poor. There were no chairs in the room. The room was a quadruple room (we were three people) but there were only towels for two people. Even when I asked to have a towel they didn’t bring it to the room.
